3 Terms and Conditions Home Services 1. INTRODUCTION These specific terms and conditions ( Service Specific Terms ) apply in relation to the provision of the Service by Etisalat to the Customer, in addition to the other constituent parts of the Agreement between Etisalat and the Customer. 2. DEFINITIONS (a) Agreement means the entire contractual agreement between Etisalat and the Customer, comprising the constituent parts set out in Clause 3 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). (b) Customer means the person who purchases or subscribes to the Service. (c) Etisalat means Emirates Telecommunications Group Company and any of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. (d) Fixed Term Plan means a plan where the Customer agrees to purchase the Services for the term specified on the Service Application Form and for which a termination charge applies in case of termination before said term. (e) Monthly Term Plan means plan where the Customer agrees to purchase the Services on a monthly rolling basis. (f) General T&Cs (Consumer) means Etisalat s general terms and conditions for consumer (i.e. non-business) products and services which are published on Etisalat s website and are available through the other communications channels referred to in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). (g) Minimum Term has the meaning given to it in Clause 4(c). (h) Service means the service from the list of services set out in Clause 4(c) to which the Customer has subscribed, as described in more details in Clause SERVICE DESCRIPTION These Service Specific Terms cover the fixed telecommunications services offered by Etisalat listed in Clause 4(c). Where the Customer subscribes to more than one of the services listed in Clause 4(c), these Service Specific Terms apply separately to each service. 4. COMMENCEMENT & DURATION (a) The Agreement is valid and binding on and from the date on which it is submitted to and accepted by Etisalat (the Effective Date ). (b) The term of the Agreement (the Term ) starts on the date on which Etisalat makes the Service available to the Customer ( Activation Date ) and depends on whether the Customer has subscribed to a Monthly Term Plan or a Fixed Term Plan. (c) A minimum term ( Minimum Term ) applies to the Agreement if a Customer is subscribed to the Services for a Fixed Term Plan. The minimum terms for the fixed telecommunications services covered by these Service Specific Terms are as follows: (i) elife Lite, elife Double Play (internet and voice), elife Single Play (any one of IPTV, internet and voice), Etisalat Select Service, Al Shamil (internet): 12 months; (ii) elife Triple Play (IPTV, Internet, Voice) Value Packs including Family, Starter, Sports, Unlimited Sports, Entertainment, Unlimited Entertainment, Combo, Premium, Premium 250, Premium 1G, Ultimate 1G, other elife Triple Play (IPTV, internet, voice), Home Voice Bundle: 24 months; (d) In the event there are any temporary-out-of-service periods during the Minimum Term, such temporary-out-of-service periods shall not be deemed part of the Minimum Term, accordingly the Minimum Term shall be automatically extended to cover the temporary-out-of-service periods. (e) Not earlier than one (1) month before expiry of the Minimum Term, the Customer may choose to subscribe to the same or another Fixed Term Plan and/or Monthly Term Plan. Choice so made can be changed up to the date of expiry of the Minimum Term. In the event before the end of the Minimum Term, if the Customer does not indicate a preference or does not terminate the Agreement, the Service will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis for which the Monthly Plan Charges will apply. (f) Customers subscribed to a Monthly Plan may migrate to an Fixed Term Plan by contacting Etisalat according to Clause 16 of these Terms. 5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS & RESTRICTIONS Please see Clause 8 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing the Customer obligations and restrictions that apply to the Service. 6. ETISALAT S OBLIGATIONS Etisalat will provide and operate the Service to the Customer based on these Service Specific Terms together with the other constituent parts of the Agreement, and in accordance with the law. Etisalat makes no guarantee on Wi-Fi coverage as external factors outside its control can influence Wi-Fi reach. For extra coverage solutions consult Etisalat customer services by using any of the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). 7. CHARGES, BILLING & PAYMENT (a) A termination Charge of AED 100 is payable by the Customer on termination of an elife Lite at any time. (b) The following early termination Charges are applicable if the respective Service is terminated prior to the expiry of the Minimum Term: (i) elife Starter, Unlimited Sports, Unlimited Entertainment, Premium 250, Premium 1G: equivalent of one (1) month in monthly rental Charges; (ii) elife Value Packs Family, Sports, Entertainment, Combo, Premium, Premium 500, Ultimate 1Gbps: AED 500 within the 1st year and AED 250 within the 2nd year of the Minimum Term respectively; (iii) Home Voice Bundle: With respect to calling plans and valueadded services, the early termination Charge shall be calculated as the number of months remaining until the end of the Minimum Term multiplied by the difference between the rental of a standard rate plan (i.e. an equivalent rate plan without a Minimum Term) and the rental of the plan subscribed to by the Customer in the Home Voice Bundle. With respect to the telephone device, the early termination Charge shall be equal to the remaining device instalments payable by the Customer. (c) All other Charges and tariff plans that apply to the Service are set out on Etisalat s website ( and are available upon request by using any of the communications channels referred to in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). (d) Please see Clause 15 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the other charges, billing and payment provisions that apply to the Service. 8. CUSTOMER CREDIT, ADVANCE PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS (a) Clause 24 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) applies to the Service, regardless of whether or not it is a prepaid service. (b) Please see Clause 16 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the other customer credit, advance payment and deposit provisions that apply to the Service. 9. CHANGING THE SERVICE In the event of any change of the subscription in the elife service during and or after the Minimum Term, the applicable upgrade/ downgrade charges will apply. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The intellectual property in Etisalat s products, services, TV channel packages, trademarks and in all forms of content created, acquired and/or distributed by Etisalat including directories, is owned and/ or licensed by Etisalat. Such intellectual property and content may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without the prior written permission of Etisalat. 11. elife ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: (A) elife ANA EMARATI, (B) elife HOMAT AL WATAN AND (C) ABSHER PACK The following additional terms and conditions apply to the elife AnA Emarati, elife Homat Al Watan offers, each of which is an optional additional benefit which a Customer can subscribe to subject to and in accordance with the below: (a) The eligibility criteria for the elife additional benefits (each as Additional Benefit ) is as follows: a. Only Emarati nationals are eligible for the elife AnA Emarati add-on; b. Only members of the Ministry of Defence and UAE Armed Forces, with a valid Homat Al Watan card are eligible to the elife Homat al Watan; and c. Only UAE Nationals holding a valid Absher card, issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization and who are under the Discounts and Special Offers Program for UAE Nationals working in the Private Sector are eligible to the Absher Pack. (b) Termination Charges of elife are waived for Customers eligible to benefit from the elife AnA Emarati add-on or the Homat Al Watan add-on. Remaining instalment payments for a device, if any, are applicable. (c) Etisalat reserves the right to terminate the Customer s access to an Additional Benefit if it determined that the Customer is no longer eligible for the Additional Benefit (including but not necessarily limited to not possessing a valid card) or if the Additional Benefit was obtained in a manner wilfully detrimental to Etisalat. (d) Etisalat representatives shall have the right to request the customer to present a valid UAE ID or any other document for identification purposes. (e) Customers who wish to subscribe to the Homat Al Watan or the Absher Pack Additional Benefit are required to present a valid Homat Al Watan or Absher card, as applicable. Etisalat may store copy and details of this card for validation purposes. (f) The free Homat Al Watan or the Absher Pack Additional Benefit shall be available to the Customer as long as the relevant Homat Al Watan or Absher card presented to and stored by Etisalat is still valid. Customers are to update their card no later than 30 days from the expiry of their expired card. If the Customer does not provide the updated card within this thirty (30) days timeframe, the free Additional Benefit will be removed and the Customer will be provided with the standard subscribed elife plan. Etisalat shall send notifications to Customers before the expiry of the card. (g) The Customer may update the card by contacting Etisalat using any of the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). 12. ETISALAT SELECT SERVICE (a) To subscribe to Etisalat Select Service, the Customer must have a landline telephone service from another UAE telecommunications service provider and such service must be: (i) registered in the Customer s name; or (ii) registered in the name of another person who is authorising the Customer to subscribe to the Etisalat Select Service. (b) The Etisalat Select Service can be used in two ways: (i) by dialling the Etisalat Select prefix code (08877) before calling; or (ii) by using an auto-dialer device. (c) The Customer shall be responsible for all calls made using the Etisalat Select Service from the Customer s defined landline number. Etisalat will either bill the Customer separately for these calls, or include the charges for these calls in any other account the Customer has with Etisalat. (d) The Customer will remain liable to the landline access provider for line rental, and any calls and services provided by the landline access provider which are not part of the Etisalat Select Service. It is the Customer s responsibility to advise Etisalat in case of a change to the landline number. Failure to do so will not release the Customer from its responsibility to pay all call charges. 13. TELEVISION CONTENT & PACKAGES (a) Etisalat provides many hundreds of TV channels which are available through its various packages offered under its elife services. Etisalat may, under prescribed guidance, monitor the content of the TV channels presented and at times block or censor images or audio that are considered inappropriate under local standards. The Customer is advised to further monitor TV content for their own preferences and utilise the available PIN-based parental control features included in the TV set-top boxes provided. Additional advice on TV content is available on request from Etisalat through one of the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). (b) TV packages selected by Customers may be changed by Etisalat without notice. Pay Per View and Video On Demand are not part of any packages and are chargeable separately. 14. SUSPENSION, DISCONNECTION OR TERMINATION BY ETISALAT Please see Clause 19 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing the suspension, disconnection and termination of the Service or the Agreement by Etisalat. 15. TERMINATION BY THE CUSTOMER (a) If the Customer wants to terminate the Service, he/she must give Etisalat prior written notice. (b) The Customer acknowledges that, upon receipt of the Customer s termination notice, it may take up to 30 days to terminate the Customer s account. (c) If the Customer elects to terminate the Service before the end of any applicable Minimum Term, a termination charge may be payable. Details of the applicable termination charges are set out at Clause 7 of these Service Specific Terms and are also available through the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). 16. CONTACTING ETISALAT The Customer may contact Etisalat to discuss the Service (including these Service Specific Terms and the General T&Cs (Consumer), or any other product or service offered by Etisalat, by using any of the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer). 17. VAT Please see Clause (32) of the Gerneal T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing VAT Value Added Tax that apply to the Service.

6 الشروط وا حكام الخدمات المنزلية 1. املقدمة تسري هذه الشروط واألحكام )الشروط واألحكام اخلاصة باخلدمة( إضافة الى كافة مكونات االتفاقية املبرمة بن»اتصاالت«وعمالئها على اخلدمة املقدمة من»اتصاالت«الى العميل. 2. التعريفات )أ(»االتفاقية«يقصد بها مجمل االتفاقية املبرمة بن»اتصاالت«والعميل وتعد جزءا من األحكام الواردة يف البند 3 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )للمستهلك(. )ب(»عميل«كل شخص يقوم بشراء اخلدمة أو االشتراك فيها. )ج(»اتصاالت«شركة مجموعة اإلمارات لالتصاالت وأي من شركاتها التابعة اململوكة لها بالكامل. )د(»اخلطة الزمنية الثابته«تعني اخلطة التي يوافق فيها العميل على شراء اخلدمة للمدة احملددة يف منوذج طلب اخلدمة والتي ينطبق عليها رسوم االنهاء يف حال االنهاء قيل املدة املذكورة. )ه(»اخلطة الزمنية الشهرية«تعمي اخلطة التي يوافق فيها العميل على شراء اخلدمة بشكل شهري متجدد. )و(»األحكام والشروط العامة )للمستهلك(«تعني األحكام والشروط العامة التي تسري على املنتجات واخلدمات التي تستهدف املستهلك )وليس األعمال( واملنشورة على موقع»اتصاالت«االلكتروني واملتوفرة كذلك عبر قنوات االتصال األخرى املشار اليها يف البند 30 من االحكام والشروط العامة )للمستهلك(. )ز(»احلد األدنى ملدة االشتراك «يكون لها املعنى الوارد يف البند 4 )ج(. )و(»اخلدمة«هي إحدى اخلدمات املشار اليها يف البند 4 )ج( التي اشترك فيها العميل كما هو وارد تفصيال يف البند وصف اخلدمة تسري هذه الشروط واالحكام على خدمات االتصاالت الثابتة التي تقدمها»اتصاالت«واملدرجة يف البند 4 )ج(. إذا قرر العميل أن يشترك يف أكثر من خدمة واحدة من اخلدمات املبينة فياملادة 4 )ج( فإن هذه الشروط واألحكام ستسري على كل خدمة على حدة. 4. بدء االتفاقية ومدتها )أ( تكون االتفاقية نافذة وملزمة اعتبارا من تاريخ تسليمها من»اتصاالت«للعميل وموافقته عليها )يشار إليه ب تاريخ النفاذ«(. )ب( تبدأ مدة االتفاقية )»املدة«( من تاريخ توفير اخلدمة للعميل من قبل اتصاالت )»تاريخ التفعيل«( والتي تعتمد على مدى قيام العميل باالشتراك يف اخلطة الزمنية الشهرية او يف اخلطة الزمنية الثابته )ج( يكون احلد األدنى ملدة االشتراك )يشار إليه ب«احلد األدنى ملدة االشتراك«( يف للخدمة اذا اختار العميل االشتراك يف اخلطة الزمنية الثابته. ويكون احلد األدنى ملدة االشتراك يف خدمات االتصاالت الثابتة مبوجب الشروط واألحكام االتية: )1(»إياليف اليتإياليف الثنائية«)تضم اثنن من: االنترنت أو الصوت(»إياليف األحادية«)تضم واحدا من: االنترنت أو الصوت أو التلفزيون عبر بروتوكول االنترنت( خدمة»اتصاالت سيلكتالشامل«)انترنت(: 12 شهرا )2(»باقات إياليف الثالثية )خدمة االلياف البصرية املوصولة بالبيوت واالنترنت والصوت( والباقة القيمة والتي تشمل العائلية وستارتر والرياضية والياضية انليمتيد والترفيهية والترفيهيه انليمتيد والكومبو واملتميزة واملتيزة 250 واملمتيزة 1 غيغا والتميت 1 غيغا وباقات إياليف الثالثية االخرى )االنترنت والصوت والتلفزيون عبر بروتوكول االنترنت( وباقة اخلدمة الصوتية املنزلية: 24 شهرا )د( ال تعتبر أوقات انقطاع اخلدمة املؤقت خالل فترة احلد األدنى لالشتراك جزءا من تلك الفترة ولذلك يتم متديد مدة العقد تلقائيا لتغطية تلك األوقات. )ه( يف موعد ال يتجازو شهر واحد قبل انتهاء مدة احلد األدنى لالشتراك يجوز للمشترك اختيار االشتراك يف نفس اخلطة او يف خطة زمنية ثايته و/أو خطة زمنية شهرية. وميكن تغيير اختيار ذلك حتى تاريخ انتهاء مدة احلد األدنى. يف حالة ما قبل نهاية فترة احلد األدنى اذا لم يشر للعميل الى تفضيل يف اخلدمة او لم ينهي االتفاقية فان اخلدمة ستجدد تلقائيا على أساس شهري وستطبق عليها رسوم اخلطة الشهرية. )و( ميكن للعمالء املشتركن يف اخلطة الشهرية االنتقال الى خطة زمنية ثابته عن طريق االتصال باتصالت وفقا الحكام املادة )16( من هذه الشروط واالحكام. 5. التزامات العميل وقيود استخدام اخلدمة يرجى االطالع على البند 8 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )للمستهلك( ملعرفة األحكام التي تنظم التزامات العميل وقيود استخدام للخدمة. 6. التزامات»اتصاالت«تقدم»اتصاالت«اخلدمة للعميل وتشغلها وفقا لهذه الشروط واألحكام والشروط األخرى املتضم نة يف االتفاقية وبناء على القانون النافذ. ال تقدم اتصاالت اي ضمان على تغطية شبكة الواي-فاي حيث أن العوامل اخلارجية اخلارجة عن سيطرتها قد تؤثر على توصيل الواي- فاي. وللحصول على تغطية اضافية يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العمالء يف اتصاالت عبر قنوات االتصال املوضحة يف املادة 30 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )املستهلك(. 7. الرسوم والفوترة والدفع )أ( يدفع العميل رسوم إنهاء بواقع 100 درهم عند انهاء خدمة»إياليف اليت«يف أي وقت. )ب( على العميل دفع رسوم اإلنهاء املبكر التالية إذا أنهى اخلدمة قبل انتهاء احلد األدنى ملدة االشتراك املتفق عليها: )1( باقات القيمة من إي اليف البداية والقنوات الرياضيةغير احملصورة والترفيهية غير احملصورة والباقة املميزة 250 والباقة املميزة 1G(: والتي تعادل شهر واحد )1( من رسوم االيجار الشهري. )2( باقات إي اليف القيمة من العائلية والرياضية والترفيهية والكومبو والباقة املميزة والباقة املميزة 500 وألتميت :1Gbps ب 500 درهم للسنة الواحدة و 250 درهم للسنة الثانية من مدة االشتراك. )3( الباقة الصوتية للهاتف املنزلي: حتسب رسوم اإلنهاء املبكر لباقات املكاملات وخدمات القيمة املضافة بناء على عدد األشهر املتبقية من مدة االشتراك مضروبة يف الفرق بن سعر اإليجار العادي للباقة )سعر الباقة خارج مدة االشتراك( وسعر ايجار الباقة التي اختارها العميل من الباقات الصوتية للهاتف املنزلي. وبخصوص جهاز الهاتف تكون رسوم اإلنهاء املبكر مساوية لقيمة األقساط املتبقية على اجلهاز املستحقة على العميل. )ج( ميكن االطالع على رسوم كل الباقات األخرى من خالل املوقع االلكتروني ) وعند الطلب باستخدام أي من قنوات االتصال املشار اليها يف البند 30 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )»املستهلك«(. )د( يرجى االطالع على البند 15 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )»املستهلك«( ملعرفة األحكام األخرى املتعلقة بالرسوم والفوترة والدفع املطبقة على اخلدمة. 8. ائتمان العميل والودائع واملبالغ املدفوعة مقدما )أ( يسري البند 24 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )»املستهلك«( على اخلدمة بغض النظر عما إذا كانت بالدفع املسبق أو الشهري. )ب( يرجى االطالع على البند 16 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )»املستهلك«( ملعرفة األحكام األخرى املتعلقة بائتمان العميل والودائع واملبالغ املدفوعة مقدما املطبقة على اخلدمة. 9. تغيير اخلدمة )إياليف الثالثية( يف حال قيام العميل بتعديل اشتراكه يف خدمة أي اليف خالل و او بعد مدة احلد األدنى لالشتراك فان رسوم الترقية / التخفيض ستطبق حسب احلالة. 10. امللكية الفكرية تعتبر جميع منتجات»اتصاالت«وخدماتها وباقات قنواتها التلفزيونية وعالماتها التجارية بغض النظر عن طريقة إنشاء محتواها أو حيازته و/أو توزيعه مبا يف ذلك أدلة االستخدام هي ملك ل اتصاالت«و/ أو مرخصة من قبلها وال يجوز أعادة انتاجها أو توزيعها أو بيعها من دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من اتصاالت. 11. املزايا اإلضافية من»إياليف«: )أ( أنا إماراتي )ب( إياليف حماة الوطن )ج( باقة أبشر. تطبق الشروط واألحكام اإلضافية التالية على إياليف أنا إماراتي عروض إياليف حماة الوطن كل منها هو ميزة إضافية اختيارية ميكن للعميل االشتراك فيها وفقا ملا يلي: )أ( معايير احلصول على املزايا اإلضافية إلياليف )تعتبر كل واحدة»مزية إضافية«( هي كما يلي: أ. املواطنون اإلماراتيون فقط من يحصل على املزية اإلضافية أنا إماراتي. ب. منتسبو وزارة الدفاع والقوات املسلحة اإلماراتية فقط من يحصل على املزايا اإلضافية حماة الوطن شريطة أن يكون معهم بطاقة حماة الوطن سارية املفعول و ج. املواطنون اإلماراتيون الذين يحملون بطاقة أبشر سارية املفعول الصادرة عن وزارة املوارد البشرية والتوطن والذين يستفيدون من برنامج اخلصومات والعروض اخلاصة باملواطنن اإلماراتين العاملن يف القطاع اخلاص مؤهلون للحصول على باقة أبشر. )ب( إلغاء رسوم إنهاء خدمة إياليف للعمالء املستفيدين من اخلدمات املضافة إلياليف أنا إماراتي أو اخلدمات املضافة حلماة الوطن. وتبقى الدفعات املتبقية على اجلهاز سارية املفعول إن وجدت. )ج( حتتفظ اتصاالت بحقها يف إنهاء وصول العميل إلى املزايا اإلضافية إذا قررت أن العميل لم يعد مؤهال للحصول على تلك املزايا اإلضافية )مبا يف ذلك ولكن دون حصر عدم امتالك بطاقة سارية املفعول( أو إذا مت احلصول على املزايا اإلضافية بطريقة تضر عمدا باتصاالت. )د( يحق ملمثلي اتصاالت أن يطلبوا من العميل تقدمي بطاقة هوية إماراتية سارية املفعول أو أي وثيقة أخرى ألغراض حتديد الهوية. )ه( يطلب من العمالء الراغبن يف االشتراك يف»حماة الوطن«أو»باقة أبشر«كمزايا إضافية أن يقدموا بطاقة»حماة الوطن«أو»أبشر«حسب احلالة. ويجوز التصاالت االحتفاظ بنسخة وتفاصيل تلك البطاقة ألغراض التحقق من صحتها. )و( تبقى املزايا اإلضافية حلماة الوطن أو باقة أبشر متاحة الستخدام العميل ما دامت بطاقة حماة الوطن أو بطاقة أبشر املقدمة إلى اتصاالت كما هي مخزنة لدى اتصاالت سارية املفعول. يجب على العمالء حتديث بطاقاتهم يف موعد أقصاه 30 يوما من تاريخ انتهاء صالحية البطاقة. إذا لم يقدم العميل البطاقة احملد ثة خالل هذا اإلطار الزمني )30( يوما سيتم إنهاء املزايا اإلضافية املجانية وسيتم تزويد العميل بخطة إياليف التي اشترك فيها. وستقوم اتصاالت بإرسال إشعارات إلى العمالء قبل انتهاء صالحية البطاقة. )ز( يجوز للعميل حتديث البطاقة عن طريق التواصل مع اتصاالت باستخدام أي من قنوات االتصاالت املنصوص عليها يف البند 30 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )للمستهلك(. 12. خدمة»اتصاالت سيلكت«)أ( لالشتراك بخدمة»اتصاالت سيليكت«يجب أن يكون لدى العميل خدمة خط هاتف ثابت من مزود خدمة آخر يف دولة االمارات العربية املتحدة بحيث تكون تلك اخلدمة: )1( مسجلة باسم العميل أو )2( مسجلة باسم شخص آخر يرخ ص للعميل يف االشتراك بخدمة»اتصاالت سيلكت«)ج( ميكن استخدام خدمة»اتصاالت سيلكت«بطرقتن: )1( استخدام رمز»اتصاالت08877«قبل االتصال أو )2( استخدام جهاز االتصال اآللي. )د( يتولى العميل املسؤولية عن مكاملات خدمة»اتصاالت سيلكت«التي تتم من خالل هاتفه الثابت ويجوز ل«اتصاالت«اصدار فواتير هذه املكاملات بصورة مستقلة أو تضمينها بأي حساب آخر للعميل لدى»اتصاالت«. )ه( يكون العميل مسؤوال اجتاه مزود خدمة اخلط الثابت نظير ايجار اخلط الثابت وأي مكاملات وخدمات أخرى ليست جزءا من خدمة»اتصاالت سيلكت«وعلى العميل ابالغ»اتصاالت«عند تغيير رقم خط هاتفه الثابت وعدم قيامه بذلك ال يعفيه من تسديد مبالغ املستحقة على املكاملات. 13. محتوى التلفاز وباقاته )أ( تقدم»اتصاالت«مئات القنوات التلفزيونية من خالل باقاتها وخدماتها املختلفة حتت اسم إياليف والتصاالت بناء على مؤشرات محددة مراقبة محتوى القنوات التلفزيونية البصري والسمعي وحظره إذا رأت أنه غير الئق أو دون املعايير املقبولة. وي نصح العميل بالقيام بإجراءات أخرى ملراقبة البرامج التلفزيونية حسب ما يراه مناسبا مثل استخدام ميزة حتكم الوالدين املرتكزة على الرقم اخلاص واملتوفرة يف جهاز االستقبال الرقمي. وميكن االستفادة من نصائح وإرشادات»اتصاالت«حول عملية التحكم مبحتوى التلفاز عند الطلب من خالل قنوات االتصال املبينة يف املادة 30 من الشروط واألحكام العامة )للمستهلك(. )ب( يجوز ل»اتصاالت«تغيير باقات التلفاز التي اختارها العميل دون اشعار وال تعتبر األفالم والفيديوهات حسب الطلب جزءا من الباقات ويتم احتساب رسومها بشكل منفصل. 14. تعليق اخلدمة أو فصلها أو انهاؤها من اتصاالت يرجى االطالع على املادة 19 من الشروط واالحكام العامة )للمستهلك( ملعرفة االحكام املتعلقة بحجب اخلدمة أو فصلها أو انهائها وفسخ االتفاقية من طرف»اتصاالت«15. االنهاء من العميل )أ( إذا رغب العميل يف انهاء اخلدمة فيجب أن يرسل اشعارا خطيا مسبقا الى»اتصاالت«)ب( يقر العميل أن انهاء حسابه قد يستغرق 30 يوما من تاريخ استالم االشعار ذي العالقة. )ج( قد يكون على العميل تسديد رسوم اإلنهاء إذا أنهى اخلدمة قبل انتهاء مدة االشتراك املطبقة واملتفق عليها وميكن االطالع على الرسوم املطبقة بخصوص اإلنهاء يف املادة )7( من الشروط واألحكام اخلاصة وكذلك عبر قنوات التواصل املشار اليها يف املادة 30 من الشروط واالحكام العامة )للمستهلك(. 16. التواصل مع»اتصاالت«ميكن للعميل االتصال ب اتصاالت«لالستفسار عن اخلدمة )مبا يف ذلك هذه الشروط واالحكام والشروط واالحكام العامة )للمستهلك( أو عن أي منتج أو خدمة مقدمة من»اتصاالت«من خالل قنوات االتصال املشار اليها يف املادة 30 من الشروط واالحكام العامة )للمستهلك(. 17. ضريبة القيمة املضافة يرجى الرجوع الى املادة )32( من الشروط واالحكام العامة )للمستهلك( لالطالع على الشروط التي تسري على ضريبة القيمة املضافة التي تنطبق على اخلدمة.
