A multimediaπmulti2pathway human exposure model was employed to calculate the populations Chronic Daily Intake (CDI) of PAHs. The population s lifelong CDI was 313 g kg - 1 d - 1 in this area. And the daily exposures of child, youth and adult were 413, 318, and 311 g kg - 1 d - 1, respectively. Diet exposure was the most important route, accounting for around 75 % of total dose. Respiration ranked second, and contributed 20 % of the total dose. Lifelong CDI of eight carcinogenic PAHs was 0138 g kg - 1 d - 1, and it were 0148, 0145 and 0136 g kg - 1 d - 1 respectively in the three sub2populations.
