MINUTES The members of the Orange Beach City Council met on August 30, 2011 at 5:00 P.M., with Mayor Tony Kennon presiding. The meeting was held at Orange Beach Municipal Complex Council Chambers. ORANGE BEACH CITY COUNCIL MEETING Regular Meeting September 6, 2011 Orange Beach Community Center 5:00 P.M. I. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Tony Kennon called the meeting to order. II. INVOCATION Father Jim Dane, St. Thomas By The Sea gave the invocation. III. IV. The event will be held at the Orange Beach Community Center at 3 p.m. It is presented by the Gulf Shores Kiwanis Club, Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Baldwin EMC and Powersouth. VIII.
