Analysis and Description of Methodology (Max. 2 pages) Describe the structure of the scheduled activities, the analysis of the methodology and the important phases of the project, justifying the selection of the key techniques to be used. Possible scenarios assumptions for the implementation of the project should also be described. The analysis of the methodology should be based on the proposed Work Packages (WP). A10. ADDED VALUE AND BENEFIT (max. 1 page) Describe the added value and benefit expected to emerge by the project implementation (e.g. economic or social benefit, perspectives for technological application, possible licensing of patents etc.), including the significance of the project in the economic, social and technological development of Cyprus. Indicate the advantages and added value resulting from the cooperation between the participants from the two countries (e.g. increased knowledge base, access to R&D infrastructure etc.) Also, specify whether the results will be useful in creating the conditions for further cooperation between the Cypriot organizations and the organizations from Israel. A11. EXPLOITATION OF RESULTS (max. 1 page) For Industrial (Applied) Research projects, it is described how new products, solutions, processes or services will be exploitable by the society or the market within 2-3 years from completion of the proposed project. A12. CURRICULUM VITAE (max. 3 pages per CV) A Curriculum Vitae (CV) should be included for each researcher named in the current proposal from both countries. Each researcher s CV should consist of two parts: the first part could include general information (personal information, education, professional and research activities etc.) and the second part could include the most important publications (focusing on publications in scientific fields related to the project). A13. BIBLIOGRAPHICAL REFERENCES (max. 1 page) List the bibliographical references included in the present proposal in an ascending numerical order. Α14. PROJECT BUDGET (max. 1 page) Describe in detail the costs included in the proposed budget of the current Proposal (technical specifications of recommended infrastructure and justification for the need of the specific expenses for the project implementation etc). 2.2 Το ΙΠΕ έχει το δικαίωμα να συλλέγει και να επεξεργάζεται προσωπικά δεδομένα σε σχέση με φυσικό πρόσωπο, σε οποιαδήποτε χρονική στιγμή κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας: υποβολής, αξιολόγησης και διαπραγμάτευσης ερευνητικής πρότασης, παρακολούθησης της υλοποίησης και χρηματοδότησης ερευνητικού έργου, προώθησης της συμμετοχής σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα, εξέτασης οργανισμών, επιχειρήσεων για συμβατότητα των φορέων με ορισμούς που καθορίζονται στις Προκηρύξεις Προγραμμάτων του ΙΠΕ και σχετικές νομοθεσίες, επικοινωνίας για παροχή πληροφόρησης, διατήρησης των δεδομένων σε αρχείο για χρονική περίοδο εννέα (9) ετών για τις ερευνητικές προτάσεις που δεν χρηματοδοτούνται και δώδεκα (12) ετών για τις προτάσεις που εγκρίνονται και χρηματοδοτούνται (ερευνητικά έργα). 2.3 Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα δύναται να παρασχεθούν στο ΙΠΕ εμμέσως από τρίτα πρόσωπα, σύμφωνα με τον Νόμο, για τους σκοπούς που αναφέρονται στην πιο πάνω παράγραφο (π.χ σε περίπτωση που κάποιο πρόσωπο συμμετέχει σε ερευνητικό έργο αλλά δεν είναι ο Συντονιστής του Έργου). 3. Σκοπός της Επεξεργασίας 3.1 Το ΙΠΕ έχει δικαίωμα να διατηρεί αρχεία, καθώς, επίσης, να συλλέγει, επεξεργάζεται και χρησιμοποιεί προσωπικά δεδομένα, μόνο για τους ακόλουθους σκοπούς: παροχής πληροφοριών για θέματα έρευνας και καινοτομίας, επιχειρηματικών συνεργασιών. Η παροχή πληροφοριών, γίνεται μετά από τη ρητή συγκατάθεση του υποκειμένου των δεδομένων μέσω ειδικού, ξεχωριστού εντύπου. Η διατήρηση των δεδομένων αυτών διαρκεί μέχρι εννέα (9) έτη, αξιολόγησης και διαπραγμάτευσης ερευνητικής πρότασης, παρακολούθησης ερευνητικών έργων που χρηματοδοτούνται από το ΙΠΕ και έλεγχος επιλεξιμότητας δαπανών, εξέτασης φορέων (οργανισμών, επιχειρήσεων, ιδρυμάτων, κα) για συμβατότητα τους με ορισμούς που καθορίζονται στις Προκηρύξεις Προγραμμάτων του ΙΠΕ και σχετικές νομοθεσίες, στατιστικούς σκοπούς. Η διατήρηση των δεδομένων για στατιστικούς σκοπούς, διαρκεί εννέα (9) έτη για τις ερευνητικές προτάσεις που δεν χρηματοδοτούνται και δώδεκα (12) έτη για τις προτάσεις που εγκρίνονται και χρηματοδοτούνται (ερευνητικά έργα). 3.2 Το ΙΠΕ δύναται, επίσης, να επεξεργαστεί δεδομένα για σκοπούς προώθησης ή πληροφόρησης σχετικά με οποιεσδήποτε χρηματοδοτήσεις που θα προσφέρονται στο μέλλον, εφ όσον δοθεί ρητώς η συγκατάθεση των ατόμων στην επεξεργασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων τους για το σκοπό αυτό. 4. Εμπιστευτικότητα και Αποκάλυψη Προσωπικών Δεδομένων Όλα τα προσωπικά δεδομένα θα συγκεντρώνονται και θα επεξεργάζονται με απόλυτη εμπιστευτικότητα από τους εργαζόμενους του ΙΠΕ. Εκτός εάν επιτρέπεται από το νόμο ή επιβάλλεται από διαταγή Δικαστηρίου, Προσωπικά Δεδομένα θα αποκαλύπτονται μόνο στα τρίτα πρόσωπα (αποδέκτες δεδομένων) τα οποία αναφέρονται στον παρόντα Κανονισμό. περιορισμένες και βασικές πληροφορίες χρηματοδοτήσεων ή άλλων δραστηριοτήτων του ΙΠΕ θα δημοσιεύονται στην ιστοσελίδα του ΙΠΕ (www.research.org.cy) για σκοπούς διαφάνειας. Οι πληροφορίες που δημοσιεύονται στην ιστοσελίδα δύναται να συμπεριλαμβάνουν στοιχεία όπως: Αριθμό Πρωτοκόλλου, Τίτλο, Περίληψη Έργου, Όνομα Συντονιστή Έργου, Συνεργαζόμενοι Φορείς ή/και πρόσωπα. Επιπρόσθετα, όταν ζητηθεί, το ΙΠΕ παρουσιάζει στοιχεία τα οποία αφορούν στην υλοποίηση ερευνητικών έργων στη Διαχειριστική Αρχή (Γραφείο Προγραμματισμού), στην Αρχή Πιστοποίησης (Γενικό Λογιστήριο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας), στην Αρχή Ελέγχου, στην Επιτροπή Παρακολούθησης του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος και γενικότερα σε όλους τους αρμόδιους ελεγκτικούς φορείς της Κύπρου ή της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (όπου αυτό προβλέπεται). Μέρος του αρχείου το οποίο αφορά σε Έργα τα οποία συγχρηματοδοτούνται από τα Διαρθρωτικά Ταμεία, συνδέεται ηλεκτρονικά με το αρχείο της Διαχειριστικής Αρχής (Γραφείου Προγραμματισμού). Περαιτέρω, τα προσωπικά δεδομένα θα δίδονται σε Ευρωπαϊκούς Οργανισμούς, σύμφωνα με οδηγίες των εμπλεκόμενων ατόμων καθώς και σε εξωτερικούς αξιολογητές για την επιστημονική αξιολόγηση προτάσεων ή έργων από χώρες μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, του Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Χώρου (Ισλανδία, Νορβηγία, Λίχνενσταϊν) το Ισραήλ, την Ελβετία και τις ΗΠΑ. To αρχείο του ΙΠΕ, βρίσκεται στα γραφεία του (Λεωφόρος Στροβόλου 123, 2042 Λευκωσία) και στις εγκαταστάσεις ιδιωτικής εταιρείας φύλαξης αρχείου (Fileminders Ltd). 5. Δικαίωμα Πρόσβασης και Διόρθωση Σύμφωνα με τον Νόμο του 2001, τα πρόσωπα έχουν δικαίωμα ελέγχου των προσωπικών δεδομένων και πρόσβασης σε αυτά τα δεδομένα για διόρθωση ή διαγραφή των προσωπικών δεδομένων που είναι ανακριβή. Τα άτομα έχουν το δικαίωμα να προβάλουν ένσταση για νόμιμους λόγους στην επεξεργασία των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες που προδιαγράφονται στο Νόμο. Μπορούν να απευθύνονται και να αποστέλλουν τέτοιο αίτημα στη διεύθυνση Λεωφόρος Στροβόλου 123, 2042 Λευκωσία, Τ.Θ 23422 1683 Λευκωσία. 6. Τροποποίηση Κανονισμού Το ΙΠΕ επιφυλάσσει το δικαίωμά του να τροποποιεί τον παρόντα Κανονισμό από καιρού εις καιρό. Οποιεσδήποτε τέτοιες τροποποιήσεις θα δημοσιεύονται στην ιστοσελίδα του Ιδρύματος (www.research.org.cy). 7. Ενημέρωση Στην περίπτωση όπου τα προσωπικά δεδομένα ατόμων παρέχονται στο ΙΠΕ μέσω τρίτου προσώπου (για παράδειγμα μέσω του Συντονιστή Έργου), τότε το πρόσωπο αυτό αναλαμβάνει την υποχρέωση και επιβεβαιώνει προς το ΙΠΕ ότι, σύμφωνα με τον Νόμο δύναται να κοινοποιήσει τα προσωπικά τους δεδομένα στο ΙΠΕ και ότι έχει ενημερώσει τα υποκείμενα των δεδομένων για την κοινοποίηση των δεδομένων τους στο ΙΠΕ καθώς και για το περιεχόμενο του Κανονισμού. Νοείται ότι σε περίπτωση μη υπογραφής του παρόντος εγγράφου, το ΙΠΕ διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί την παραλαβή οποιονδήποτε προσωπικών δεδομένων εκ μέρους του Συντονιστή και να εξετάσει οποιαδήποτε Πρότασή του.
