4 IT AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI LEGGERE QUESTE ISTRUZIONI PRIMA DELL USO Usando apparecchi elettrici necessario prendere le opportune precauzioni, tra le quali: 1 Assicurarsi che il voltaggio elettrico dell apparecchio corrisponda a quello della vostra rete elettrica 2 Non lasciare l apparecchio incustodito quando collegato alla rete elettrica; disinserirlo dopo ogni uso 3 Non mettere l apparecchio sopra o vicino a fonti di calore 4 Durante l utilizzo posizionare l apparecchio su di un piano orizzontale, stabile e ben illuminato 5 Non lasciare l apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole, ecc) 6 Fare attenzione che il cavo elettrico non venga a contatto con superfici calde 7 Questo apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da persone (compresi i bambini) con capacit fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte; da persone che manchino di esperienza e conoscenza dell apparecchio, a meno che siano attentamente sorvegliate o ben istruite relativamente all utilizzo dell apparecchio stesso da parte di una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza 8 Assicurarsi che i bambini non giochino con l apparecchio 9 Non immergere mai il corpo motore, la spina ed il cavo elettrico in acqua o altri liquidi, usare un panno umido per la loro pulizia 10 Anche quando l apparecchio non in funzione, staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente elettrica prima di inserire o togliere le singole parti o prima di eseguire la pulizia 11 Assicurarsi di avere sempre le mani ben asciutte prima di utilizzare o di regolare gli interruttori posti sull apparecchio o prima di toccare la spina e i collegamenti di alimentazione 12 Per staccare la spina, afferrarla direttamente e staccarla dalla presa a parete Non staccarla mai tirandola per il cavo 13 Non usare l apparecchio se il cavo elettrico o la spina risultano danneggiati, o se l apparecchio stesso risulta difettoso; tutte le riparazioni, compresa la sostituzione del cavo di alimentazione, devono essere eseguite solamente dal centro assistenza Ariete o da tecnici autorizzati Ariete, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio 14 In caso di utilizzo di prolunghe elettriche, quest ultime devono essere adeguate alla potenza dell apparecchio, onde evitare pericoli all operatore e per la sicurezza dell ambiente dove si opera Le prolunghe non adeguate possono provocare anomalie di funzionamento 15 Non lasciar pendere il cavo in un luogo dove potrebbe essere afferrato da un bambino 16 Per non compromettere la sicurezza dell apparecchio, utilizzare solo parti di ricambio e accessori originali, approvati dal costruttore 17 L apparecchio concepito per il SOLO USO DOMESTICO e non deve essere adibito ad uso commerciale o industriale 18 Questo apparecchio conforme alla direttiva 2006/95/EC e EMC 2004/108/EC, ed al regolamento (EC) No 1935/2004 del 27/10/2004 sui materiali in contatto con alimenti 19 Eventuali modifiche a questo prodotto, non espressamente autorizzate dal produttore, possono comportare il decadimento della sicurezza e della garanzia del suo utilizzo da parte dell utente 20 Allorch si decida di smaltire come rifiuto questo apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliandone il cavo di alimentazione Si raccomanda inoltre di rendere innocue quelle parti - 2 -

5 dell apparecchio suscettibili di costituire un pericolo, specialmente per i bambini che potrebbero servirsi dell apparecchio per i propri giochi 21 Gli elementi dell imballaggio non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo 22 Tenere le dita, gli utensili, ecc, a distanza dal cestello ghiaccio mentre funziona, allo scopo di ridurre il rischio di danni a persone e alla macchina stessa GLI UTENSILI O GLI OGGETTI TAGLIENTI E DI METALLO NON DEVONO ESSERE UTILIZZATI ALL INTERNO DEL CESTELLO GHIACCIO Tali oggetti possono danneggiare la gelatiera Si possono, invece, utilizzare utensili di gomma o di legno quando la gelatiera spenta 23 NON TOCCARE MAI LE PARTI IN MOVIMENTO 24 Non rimuovere mai il corpo motore durante la preparazione del gelato 25 Prima di mettere in moto la gelatiera assicurarsi che sia perfettamente assemblata e che il corpo motore sia saldamente attaccato sul coperchio 26 Non fate funzionare l apparecchio a vuoto 27 Non appendere mai l apparecchio n inclinarlo oltre i 45 gradi 28 Posizionare l apparecchio ad almeno 8 cm di distanza da altri oggetti in modo che vi sia sempre un ottima dispersione di calore 29 Non mettere gli ingredienti in freezer per pre-raffreddarli perch in questo modo la pala mescolatrice si potrebbe bloccare prima che il gelato si sia effettivamente formato 30 Dopo aver tenuto acceso il motore senza interruzioni per fare una quantit di gelato attendere almeno trenta minuti prima di rimettere in moto la macchina 31 Non fate funzionare l apparecchio per pi di 40 minuti consecutivi 32 Se il gelato od il sorbetto contengono ingredienti freschi, devono essere consumati entro una settimana Il gelato pi gustoso quando freddo 33 Se il gelato od il sorbetto contengono uova crude, evitare il consumo da parte di bambini, donne gravide e anziani 34 Se la soluzione congelante dovesse fuoriuscire dal cestello, interrompere l uso La soluzione congelante utilizzata non tossica 35 Spegnere l apparecchio e staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di rimuovere il coperchio ed il corpo motore IT 36 Per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della Direttiva Europea 2009/96/CE si prega leggere l apposito foglietto allegato al prodotto CONSERVARE QUESTE ISTRUZIONI - 3 -

6 IT DESCRIZIONE DELL APPARECCHIO (Fig 1) A B C D E F G Interruttore di accensione/spegnimento Pulsante di rilascio corpo motore Corpo motore Foro inserimento ingredienti Coperchio Pala mescolatrice Cestello H I L M N PREPARAZIONE E SUGGERIMENTI Corpo dell apparecchio Dispositivo erogazione Alloggiamento contenitore Portaconi Dispositivo abbassamento corpo dell apparecchio ATTENZIONE: Prima dell utilizzo dell apparecchio si consiglia di lavare tutte le parti removibili che verranno a contatto con il gelato (cestello, pala mescolatrice, dispositivo erogazione ed il coperchio trasparente) con acqua e comune sapone da piatti - Il cestello (G) deve esser convenientemente congelato prima di ogni utilizzo Il cestello (G) possiede un recipiente doppiamente isolato che richiede un congelamento totale (circa 12 ore) per una perfetta riuscita del gelato - Il freezer utilizzato deve arrivare ad una temperatura di almeno - 18 C - Il cestello dovr essere riposto, preferibilmente chiuso in un sacchetto di plastica per evitare l assorbimento di odori ed il contatto con il ghiaccio, in posizione perfettamente verticale e con l imboccatura verso l alto Si raccomanda di collocare il cestello nella parte posteriore del freezer dove la temperatura pi fredda - Il cestello dovr essere tenuto nel freezer almeno 12 ore - Conservare il cestello (G) in freezer quando non si utilizza; ci assicurer di trovarlo gi pronto in qualsiasi momento - Oltre alle ricette presenti in questo libretto, possono essere utilizzare anche le proprie ricette personali In entrambi i casi il volume totale del composto, ben mescolato ed omogeneo, non deve superare i 700 ml - Non utilizzate ingredienti in duri e/o in grossi pezzi (es: nocciole intere, confetti di cioccolata, frutta in grossi dadi, etc) Tali ingredienti ostruirebbero il dispositivo d erogazione bloccando l erogazione del gelato, causando danni e/o guasti all apparecchio - Il preparato dovr essere lasciato raffreddare a temperatura ambiente se preparato a caldo e successivamente passato in frigo per 3-4 ore Refrigerate il composto anche se preparato a freddo MONTAGGIO APPARECCHIO ATTENZIONE: Nel montare, smontare o pulire l apparecchio assicurarsi sempre che esso sia spento e non connesso all alimentazione elettrica Prima di procedere con l utilizzo dell apparecchio, assicurarsi di aver montato correttamente tutti i componenti - Tenendo ferma con una mano la base, sollevare con l altra il corpo dell apparecchio (H) fino allo scatto di arresto (Fig 2)

7 - 5 - IT - Togliere il cestello (G) dal freezer ed inserirlo all interno del corpo dell apparecchio (Fig 3), avendo cura di utilizzarlo subito dopo averlo tolto dal freezer perch una volta rimosso incomincer subito a scongelarsi - Inserire la pala mescolatrice (F), con il perno a spirale verso il basso, nel foro del cestello (G) (Fig 4) - Chiudere con il coperchio (E) e bloccarlo, facendolo ruotare in senso orario (Fig 5) - Inserire il corpo motore (C), premendolo leggermente fino ad udire lo scatto di avvenuto bloccaggio (Fig 6) - Inserire il dispositivo di erogazione (I) nella parte inferiore del corpo dell apparecchio (H) e bloccarlo ruotandolo in senso orario (Fig 7) FARE IL GELATO - Collegare la spina alla presa di corrente e portare l interruttore di accensione (A) su ON per far funzionare la gelatiera ATTENZIONE: L apparecchio deve essere avviato prima di aggiungere il composto per impedire l immediato congelamento del composto all interno del contenitore Tenere il dispositivo (I) costantemente verso l alto sino al momento dell erogazione - Versare il mix preparato in precedenza e ben raffreddato all interno del cestello (G) tramite l apposito foro (D) presente sul coperchio (E) ATTENZIONE: Durante il riempimento, indispensabile non superare il livello MAX riportato all interno del cestello lasciare almeno 3 cm fra il preparato e il bordo superiore del cestello (G) in quanto in fase di congelazione il preparato si gonfia - Lasciar funzionare la pala mescolatrice (F) per minuti massimo, fino al raggiungimento della giusta consistenza ATTENZIONE: Non arrestare e riavviare l apparecchio durante il processo di congelamento poich il composto potrebbe congelare a contatto con il contenitore ed impedire cos il movimento della spatola Per ottenere un erogazione omogenea e costante necessario che il gelato resti soffice A questo scopo non prolungare troppo a lungo la mantecatura - Al raggiungimento della consistenza desiderata, spegnere l apparecchio mediante l interruttore di accensione (A) e staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente - Posizionare un contenitore nel relativo alloggiamento (L) sulla base del corpo dell apparecchio oppure sollevare il portaconi (M) mediante la linguetta ed inserirvi un classico cono da gelato in cialda (Fig 8) - Premendo verso il basso il dispositivo (I), procedere con l erogazione del gelato (Fig 9) Riportare il dispositivo (I) per interrompere l erogazione - Spegnere l apparecchio, portando l interruttore di accensione (A) su OFF, al termine dell erogazione - Conservare il gelato rimanente che non si desidera consumare subito, in un contenitore a chiusura ermetica adatto per il congelatore

8 IT ATTENZIONE: Non utilizzare utensili o oggetti in metallo dentro al cestello perch potrebbero danneggiare la superficie e non lasciare il gelato nel cestello per un periodo prolungato di tempo (oltre 30 minuti) per evitare che si congeli al suo interno SMONTAGGIO APPARECCHIO ATTENZIONE: Nel montare, smontare o pulire l apparecchio assicurarsi sempre che esso sia spento e non connesso all alimentazione elettrica - Sempre con il corpo dell apparecchio sollevato, premere il pulsante di rilascio (B) e rimuovere il corpo motore (C) estraendolo verso l alto (Fig 10) - Rimuovere il coperchio (E) ruotandolo in senso antiorario - Rimuovere la pala mescolatrice (F) ATTENZIONE: Rimuovere tutto il gelato dal cestello prima di togliere il dispositivo di erogazione - Ruotare ed estrarre il dispositivo erogazione (I) dal corpo dell apparecchio (H) - Estrarre il cestello (G) PULIZIA - Scomporre l apparecchio in tutti i suoi componenti come descritto in precedenza - Lavare il coperchio (E), la pala mescolatrice (F), il cestello (G) ed il dispositivo erogazione (I) in acqua tiepida saponata Quindi asciugare perfettamente - Pulire il corpo motore (C) ed il corpo dell apparecchio (H) con una spugna umida o con una straccio - Riassemblare la gelatiera, come descritto in precedenza, e riporla eventualmente premendo verso il basso con una mano il corpo dell apparecchio (H) agendo contemporaneamente sull apposito dispositivo (N) (Fig 11) ATTENZIONE: Non utilizzare abrasivi o utensili di metallo Sciacquare e asciugare tutte le parti accuratamente Non procedere al congelamento quando il cestello ghiaccio ancora umido Non conservare mai le parti in plastica dentro il frigo Per prolungare la vita del tuo apparecchio non lavarne le parti in lavastoviglie - 6 -

9 IT RICETTE Gelato al fiordilatte Ingredienti: 400 ml di latte intero 200 ml di panna fresca 80 gr di zucchero 1 fiala di essenza di vaniglia 1 In una ciotola mescolare la panna con lo zucchero sino a completo scioglimento 2 Aggiungere il latte e mescolare 3 Refrigerare per 3/4 ore e seguire le istruzioni Gelato al cioccolato Ingredienti: 200 ml di panna fresca 300 ml di latte 85 gr zucchero 2 uova 1 fiala di essenza di vaniglia 45/60 gr di cacao amaro in polvere (a piacere) 1 Miscelare il cacao e lo zucchero in una ciotola 2 Aggiungere le uova e la vaniglia al composto ed amalgamare bene 3 Aggiungere la panna ed il latte e mescolare bene 4 Refrigerare per 3-4 ore e seguire le istruzioni Gelato alla crema Ingredienti: 3 tuorli 85 gr di zucchero 150 ml di panna 1 fiala di essenza di vaniglia 1 Sbattere le uova e lo zucchero in un ampia casseruola 2 Aggiungere poco alla volta il latte e la panna e cuocere a fuoco basso mescolando costantemente per addensare (circa 10 minuti) Il composto dovrebbe aderire al cucchiaio 4 Lasciar raffreddare, quindi aggiungere la vaniglia e mescolare bene 5 Refrigerare e seguire le istruzioni Sorbetto di frutta Ingredienti: 500/600 gr di frutta (come fragole, lamponi, mirtilli o ananas fresco) 60 gr di zucchero 1 Frullare gli ingredienti in un robot da cucina per ridurre in purea la frutta 2 Refrigerare per 3/4 ore e seguire le istruzioni standard - 7 -

10 EN IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE The necessary precautions must be taken when using electrical appliances, and these include the following: 1 Make sure that the voltage on the appliance rating plate corresponds to that of the mains electricity 2 Never leave the appliance unattended when connected to the power supply; unplug it after every use 3 Never place the appliance on or close to sources of heat 4 Always place the appliance on a flat, level surface during use 5 Never leave the appliance exposed to the elements (rain, sun, etc) 6 Make sure that the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces 7 This appliance must not be used by people (including children) with reduced physical or mental capabilities or by people without the relevant experience or knowledge of the appliance, unless they are carefully supervised or properly trained in its use by a person responsible for their safety 8 Make sure that children cannot play with the appliance 9 Never place the appliance body, plug or power cord in water or other liquids; always wipe clean with a damp cloth 10 Always unplug the power cord from the electricity mains before fitting or removing single attachments or before cleaning the appliance 11 Always make sure that your hands are thoroughly dry before using or adjusting the switches on the appliance, or before touching the power plug or power connections 12 To unplug the appliance, grip the plug and remove it directly from the power socket Never pull the power cord to unplug the appliance 13 Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug are damaged or if the appliance itself is faulty; all repairs, including substitution of power cord, must be carried out exclusively by an Ariete assistance centre or by authorized Ariete technicians in order to avoid all risks 14 In case of using extension leads, these must be suitable for the appliance power to avoid danger to the operator and for the safety of the environment in which the appliance is being used Extension leads, if not suitable, can cause operating anomalies 15 Never allow the cord to dangle in places where it may be grabbed by a child 16 Do not threaten the safety of the appliance by using parts that are not original or which have not been approved by the manufacturer 17 This appliance is designed for HOME USE ONLY and may not be used for commercial or industrial purposes 18 This appliance conforms to the directives 2006/95/EC and EMC 2004/108/EC, and to the regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 of 27/10/2004 regarding material in contact with foods 19 Any changes to this product that have not been expressly authorised by the manufacturer may lead to the user s guarantee being rendered null and void 20 In the event that you decide to dispose of the appliance, we advise you to make it inoperative by cutting off the power cord We also recommend that any parts that could be dangerous be rendered harmless, especially for children, who may play with the appliance or its parts - 8 -

11 EN 21 Packaging must never be left within the reach of children since it is potentially dangerous 22 Keep fingers, utensils, etc away from the ice container while it is operating; this will reduce the risk of damage to people and to the machine UTENSILS OR SHARP OR METAL ITEMS MUST NOT BE USED INSIDE THE ICE CONTAINER These items can damage the ice cream maker It is possible to use rubber or wooden utensils, when the ice cream maker is switched off 23 NEVER TOUCH MOVING PARTS 24 Never remove the power base while preparing ice cream 25 Before starting the ice cream machine, make sure that is perfectly assembled and that the power base is firmly attached to the lid 26 Never operate the appliance when it is open 27 Never hang up the appliance or angle it at more than 45 degrees 28 Place the appliance at least 8 cm away from items so that there is always good heat dispersion 29 Never place ingredients in the freezer to pre-chill them, as in this way, the mixing paddle might block before the ice cream has actually formed 30 After keeping the motor running without interruption to make an amount of ice cream, wait for at least thirty minutes before starting the appliance again 31 Do not operate the appliance for more than 40 minutes consecutively 32 If the ice cream or sorbet contain fresh ingredients, they need to be eaten within a week Ice cream tastes better cold 33 If the ice cream or sorbet contains raw eggs, they should not be eaten by children, pregnant women or the elderly 34 If the freezing solution should come out of the container, stop using it The freezing solution is not toxic 35 Switch off the appliance and unplug it from the mains before taking out the container and the power base 36 To dispose of product correctly according to European Directive 2009/96/CE, please refer to and read the provided leaflet enclosed with the product DO NOT THROW AWAY THESE INSTRUCTIONS DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE (Fig 1) A B C D E F On/off switch Power base release button Power base Chute for inserting ingredients Lid Mixer paddle G H I L M N Container Appliance body Dispenser Container housing Cone support Device to lower the appliance body - 9 -

12 EN PREPARATION AND HINTS IMPORTANT: Before using the appliance, wash all of the removable parts that will come into contact with the ice cream (container, mixer paddle, dispenser, and the transparent lid) with water and a common washing up detergent - The container (G) should be frozen before each use The container (G) has a double insulated recipient that requires total freezing (about 12 hours) for perfect ice cream results - The freezer needs to arrive at a temperature of at least - 18 C - The container needs to be placed (preferably sealed inside a plastic bag to prevent it from absorbing odours or from coming into contact with the ice), so it is perfectly upright, with the opening facing upwards The container needs to be placed in the back section of the freezer, where it is coolest - It is necessary to keep the container in the freezer for at least 12 hours - Keep the container (G) in the freezer when it is not in use; this will mean it will always be ready when needed - As well as the recipes in this booklet, it is possible to use personal recipes In both cases, the total volume of the mix, well combined and even, must not be more than 700 ml - Do not use hard ingredients and/or large pieces (eg whole hazelnuts, chocolate candy, large chunks of fruit, etc) These ingredients could clog the dispenser and block any further dispensing of the ice cream, damaging and/or breaking the appliance - The mix needs to be left to cool to room temperature if made hot and then left in the fridge for 3-4 hours Chill the mix in the fridge, even if made cold APPLIANCE ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT: When assembling, disassembling or cleaning the appliance, always make sure it is switched off and disconnected from the mains power Before using the appliance, make sure that all parts have been correctly fitted - Holding the base firm with one hand, lift the appliance body (H) with the other hand until it clicks into place (Fig 2) - Take the container (G) out of the freezer and place it inside the appliance body (Fig 3), taking care to use it straight from the freezer as it will start to thaw straight away - Insert the mixer paddle (F), with the spiral pin facing downwards, into the hole in the container (G) (Fig 4) - Close it with the lid (E) and lock it into place by turning it clockwise (Fig 5) - Insert the power base (C), pressing gently until it clicks into place (Fig 6) - Insert the dispenser (I) into the bottom of the appliance body (H) and lock it into place turning it clockwise (Fig 7)

13 MAKING ICE CREAM EN - Plug in the appliance and move the switch (A) to ON to start the ice cream maker IMPORTANT: The appliance needs to be on and running before the mix is added, to prevent the mix from freezing immediately inside the container Keep the device (I) turned upwards until it is time to dispense - Pour the previously prepared and cooled mix into the container (G) through the special opening (D) in the lid (E) IMPORTANT: When filling the container, never go above the MAX level marked inside the container; leave at least 3 cm between the mix and the top of the container (G), since the mix will inflate during freezing stage - Leave the mixing paddle (F) to operate for a maximum of minutes, until the mix reaches the right consistency IMPORTANT: Never stop and start the appliance during the freezing process, as the mix could freeze in contact with the container and prevent the paddle from moving For constant, even dispensing, the ice cream needs to remain soft For this reason, do not freeze for too long - One the ice cream has reached the required consistency, switch off the appliance with the switch (A) and unplug it from the power mains - Position a container in the housing (L) on the base of the appliance body, or lift the cone support (M) by the tab and insert a standard wafer ice cream cone (Fig 8) - Press the dispenser (I) down and proceed to pour the ice cream (Fig 9) Release the device (I) to stop dispensing - Switch off the appliance, moving the switch (A) to OFF, at the end of dispensing - Keep any remaining ice cream that will not be used up straight away in an airtight freezer container IMPORTANT: Never use metal utensils or items inside the container as they could damage the surface, and do not leave any ice cream inside the container for any length of time (over 30 minutes) to prevent it from freezing inside DISASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE IMPORTANT: When assembling, disassembling or cleaning the appliance, always make sure that it is switched off and not connected to the mains power - With the appliance body raised, press the release button (B) and remove the power base (C) by pulling it upwards (Fig 10) - Remove the lid (E) by turning it anticlockwise - Remove the mixer paddle (F)

14 EN IMPORTANT: Remove all of the ice cream from the container before removing the dispenser - Turn the dispenser (I) and remove it from the appliance body (H) - Take out the container (G) CLEANING - Disassembly the appliance and all of its parts, as described above - Wash the lid (E), the mixer paddle (F), container (G) and dispenser (I) in lukewarm soapy water Dry thoroughly - Clean the power base (C) and appliance body (H) with a damp sponge or cloth - Reassemble the ice cream maker as described previously, pressing the appliance body (H) down and at the same time, using the relevant device (N) (Fig 11) IMPORTANT: Never use abrasives or metal utensils Rinse and dry all of the parts with care Do not place the container in the freezer if it is still wet Never keep the plastic parts inside the fridge For your appliance to last longer, do not wash the parts in the dishwasher RECIPES Fiordilatte ice cream Ingredients: 400 ml whole milk 200 ml fresh cream 80 g sugar 1 vial vanilla essence 1 Mix the cream and sugar together in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved completely 2 Add the milk and continue mixing 3 Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and then follow the instructions Chocolate ice cream Ingredients: 200 ml fresh cream 300 ml milk 85 g sugar 2 eggs 1 vial vanilla essence 45/60 g unsweetened cocoa powder (to taste) 1 Mix the cocoa powder and sugar together in a bowl 2 Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well 3 Add the cream and milk and mix well together 4 Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and then follow the instructions

18 FR DESCRIPTION DE L APPAREIL (Fig 1) A B C D E F Interrupteur marche/arrt Poussoir de dblocage groupe moteur Groupe moteur Ouverture pour introduction ingrdients Couvercle Agitateur PREPARATION ET CONSEILS G H I L M N Panier Corps de l appareil Dispositif verseur Support pour rcipient Porte-cornets Dispositif abaissement de l appareil ATTENTION: Avant d utiliser l appareil, il est conseill de laver toutes les parties amovibles qui entreront en contact avec la glace (panier, agitateur, dispositif verseur et couvercle transparent) avec de l eau et du produit vaisselle ordinaire - Le panier (G) doit tre convenablement congel avant chaque utilisation Le panier (G) possde un rcipient double isolation qui requiert une conglation totale (12 heures environ) pour un rsultat parfait de la glace - Le conglateur utilis doit atteindre une temprature d au moins - 18 C - Le panier doit tre mis au conglateur de prfrence l intrieur d un sachet en plastique ferm, pour viter l absorption des odeurs et le contact avec la glace, en position parfaitement verticale et avec l ouverture vers le haut Il est recommand de placer le panier sur la clayette suprieure du conglateur, l o la temprature est plus froide - Laisser le panier dans le conglateur pendant au moins 12 heures - Conserver le panier (G) au conglateur lorsqu il n est pas utilis; cela afin de le trouver toujours prt chaque moment - Outre les recettes contenues dans cette notice, vous pouvez utiliser aussi vos recettes personnelles Dans tous les cas, le volume total de la prparation, bien mlange et homogne, ne doit pas dpasser 700 ml - Ne pas utiliser d ingrdients durs et/ou en gros morceaux (ex: noisettes entires, drages au chocolat, gros morceaux de fruits, etc) Ces ingrdients pourraient obstruer le dispositif verseur et bloquer la distribution de la glace, en provoquant des dommages et/ou des pannes de fonctionnement de l appareil - La prparation doit refroidir temprature ambiante si elle est prpare chaud puis mise au frigidaire pendant 3-4 heures Mettez la prparation au frigidaire mme si vous l avez fates froid MONTAGE DE L APPAREIL ATTENTION: Lors du montage, dmontage ou nettoyage de l appareil, contrler toujours qu il soit teint et dbranch du rseau lectrique Avant d utiliser l appareil, contrler que tous les composants aient t assembls correctement - En bloquant la base d une main, soulever avec l autre main le corps de l appareil (H) jusqu au dclic de blocage (Fig 2)

19 FR - Sortir le panier (G) du rfrigrateur et le placer dans le corps de l appareil (Fig 3), en l utilisant tout de suite aprs l avoir sorti du rfrigrateur car il commence immdiatement se dcongeler - Introduire l agitateur (F), avec la broche en spirale vers le bas, dans le trou du panier (G) (Fig 4) - Refermer le couvercle (E) en le tournant vers la droite pour le bloquer (Fig 5) - Introduire le groupe moteur (C), en le poussant lgrement jusqu au dclic de blocage (Fig 6) - Introduire le dispositif verseur (I) sur la partie infrieure du corps de l appareil (H) en le tournant vers la droite pour le bloquer (Fig 7) PREPARATION DES GLACES - Brancher la fiche la prise de courant et mettre l interrupteur de mise en marche (A) sur ON pour faire fonctionner la machine glaces ATTENTION: Allumer l appareil avant d ajouter la prparation pour empcher que cette dernire se congle immdiatement l intrieur du rcipient Garder toujours le dispositif verseur (I) vers le haut jusqu au moment de la distribution de la glace - Verser le mlange prpar prcdemment et bien refroidi dans le panier (G) travers l ouverture (D) prsente sur le couvercle (E) ATTENTION: Pendant le remplissage, il est indispensable de ne pas dpasser le niveau MAX indiqu dans le panier et de laisser au moins 3 cm entre la prparation et le bord suprieur du panier (G) car en phase de conglation, la prparation gonfle - Faire fonctionner l agitateur (F) pendant minutes au maximum jusqu obtenir la consistance correcte du produit ATTENTION: N arrtez pas et ne fates pas repartir l appareil durant le processus de conglation car la prparation pourrait se congeler au contact du rcipient et empcher ainsi le mouvement de l agitateur Pour obtenir une distribution homogne et constante, il est ncessaire que la glace reste moelleuse Pour cela, il ne faut pas prolonger trop longtemps le sanglage - Quand la glace atteint la consistance dsire, teindre l appareil avec l interrupteur (A) et dbrancher la fiche de la prise de courant - Placer un rcipient sur le support (L) situ sur la base du corps de l appareil ou soulever le portecornets (M) l aide de la languette et y introduire un cornet glace classique (Fig 8) - Verser la glace en poussant le dispositif (I) vers le bas (Fig 9) Ramener le dispositif (I) sa place pour interrompre la distribution - Eteindre l appareil, en plaant l interrupteur (A) sur OFF, la fin de la distribution - Conserver le reste de la glace qui n a pas t consomme dans un rcipient fermeture hermtique et appropri pour le conglateur

20 FR ATTENTION: Ne pas utiliser d ustensiles ou d objets en mtal dans le panier car ils peuvent endommager la surface et ne pas laisser de glace dans le panier pendant une priode de temps prolonge (plus de 30 minutes) pour viter qu elle se congle l intrieur DEMONTAGE DE L APPAREIL ATTENTION: Lors du montage, dmontage ou nettoyage de l appareil, contrler toujours qu il soit teint et dbranch du rseau lectrique - Toujours avec le corps de l appareil soulev, appuyer sur le poussoir de dblocage (B) et extraire le groupe moteur (C) en le tirant vers le haut (Fig 10) - Retirer le couvercle (E) en le tournant vers la gauche - Retirer l agitateur (F) ATTENTION: Enlever toute la glace dans le panier avant d extraire le dispositif verseur - Tourner et extraire le dispositif verseur (I) du corps de l appareil (H) - Extraire le panier (G) NETTOYAGE - Dmonter tous les composants de l appareil comme dcrit prcdemment - Laver le couvercle (E), l agitateur (F), le panier (G) et le dispositif verseur (I) dans de l eau tide savonneuse Essuyer ensuite parfaitement - Nettoyer le groupe moteur (C) et le corps de l appareil (H) avec une ponge humide ou un chiffon - Rassembler les composants de la machine glaces, comme dcrit prcdemment, et la ranger en poussant le corps de l appareil (H) vers le bas tout en agissant sur le dispositif (N) (Fig 11) ATTENTION: Ne pas utiliser d ponges ou de produits abrasifs ou d ustensiles mtalliques Rincer et essuyer parfaitement toutes les parties de la machine Ne pas procder la conglation quand le panier glace est encore humide Ne jamais conserver les parties en plastique dans le frigidaire Pour prolonger la vie de votre machine, ne lavez pas ses composants au lave-vaisselle
