5 LINE LASER Introduction Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance. You have selected a highquality product. The operating instructions are part of this product. They contain important information about safety, usage and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the range of applications specified. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future owner. Intended use This line laser with a drill dust collector is a batteryoperated appliance that uses vacuum technology to create a suction mounting on standard interior wall surfaces. The appliance can be used to project a laser line onto a wall and collect the drill dust created when drilling a hole of up to 10 mm in diameter. Do not use the appliance for overhead work. Any other usage of or modification to the appliance is deemed to be improper and carries a significant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage(s) attributable to misuse. The appliance is not intended for commercial use. Safety in the workplace Do not work with the appliance in areas where there is a risk of explosions, or in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dusts. Keep children and bystanders away while operating the appliance. Distractions can cause you to lose control. Observe all safety instructions, guidelines, work safety and accident prevention regulations relevant to your activity and workplace. Electrical safety Do not use this appliance in wet or moist environments. Remove the batteries if you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time. Personal safety and rules for working with lasers Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating the appliance. Do not use the appliance while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the appliance may result in serious personal injury. Caution! If operating and adjustment equipment or procedures other than those specified here are used, this may result in hazardous radiation exposure. A laser is an extremely intensive beam of light. Improper use can lead to severe and permanent injuries to the eyes and the retinas. Do not aim the laser at people or animals! Do not aim the laser at reflective surfaces. These can deflect the laser beam and put people at risk. Do not work with the appliance at eye level. Never look into the direct or reflected beam. If the beam hits your eye, close your eyes immediately and turn your head away from the beam. Do not use any optical instruments such as magnifying glasses, binoculars, spectacles or other optical lenses to observe the source of the beam or to deflect the laser. Manipulations (modifications) to the direction of the laser are not permitted. Store these operating instructions safely and pass them on to any future owner of the laser appliance. Keep out of reach of children. GB 3

7 Do not allow persons unfamiliar with the appliance or these instructions to operate the appliance. This appliance is not a toy and can be dangerous in hands of inexperienced users. Avoid any abnormal posture. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the appliance in unexpected situations. WARNING! Protect yourself from laser radiation! There are warning labels by the laser discharge opening and on the underside of the appliance which draw attention to the dangers. To ensure proper recognition of the potential dangers, these warning labels may not be removed or defaced. Appliance use and handling No parts of this appliance need to be serviced by the user. Do not dismantle the appliance. Do not drop the appliance and do not use force. Do not expose the appliance to corrosive substances. Check the appliance and accessories for damage before each use. Do not use any damaged parts. Replace damaged parts only with replacement parts that are equal to the original in function and quality. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children. Use the appliance, the accessories, etc. in accordance with proper use and these instructions. Take into account the operating conditions and the task to be performed. The use of electrical appliances for purposes other than those intended can result in hazardous situations. Keep the appliance away from electromagnetic sources such as induction cookers or electric welding machines. Avoid static charges and also excessively high or low ambient temperatures. They can damage the appliance. Treat the appliance with care. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other damage that may impair the appliance's operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained or defective appliances. Battery use and care Please note the following safety instructions when handling the batteries. Batteries can leak or explode. The poisonous or caustic substances they contain may leak out. This can cause significant property damage, personal injury or damage to health. Never try to charge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion and damage due to leaking acids. Use only the supplied batteries with the electrical appliances. The use of other battery units may lead to a risk of injury or fire. Do not use any other types of batteries and do not use any other power sources. When they are not being used, store batteries away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that could cause the contacts to be bridged. Short-circuiting the contacts of a battery may result in burns and/ or fire. Do not use batteries that are leaking, discoloured, deformed or damaged in any other way. 8 Do not open, dismantle, pierce, modify or throw batteries and avoid unnecessary impacts. Do not expose batteries to naked flames or temperatures of above 50 C. Do not store batteries in hot locations and do not expose them to direct sunlight. Never immerse batteries in water or other liquids. Never place batteries in a microwave or highor low-pressure container. Improper use may cause fluid to leak out of the battery. If this happens, avoid contact with the fluid. If contact occurs, flush the affected area with water. Seek additional medical help if any of the fluid gets into your eyes. Leaking battery fluid can cause skin irritations or burns. Incorrect use can cause vapours to escape that can cause damage to health and respiratory irritation. Ventilate the area immediately with fresh air and obtain medical advice. Incorrect handling can lead to a short-circuit or an explosion! Dispose of used batteries and defective appliances in compliance with legal requirements. Appliance-specific safety instructions Keep the appliance away from wet or dampness. Water getting into the appliance may lead to an electric shock. Do not work with this appliance in water or other liquids. Keep firm hold of the appliance and do not drop it. Avoid unintended switching on. Check that the appliance is switched off when you insert a battery. Inserting batteries into the appliance while it is switched on can cause accidents. Do not block off the openings on the appliance. Before use Inserting/replacing the batteries Vacuum pump To insert batteries, open the battery compartment by turning the cover anticlockwise and removing it. Insert the supplied batteries or two equivalent AA batteries. Observe correct polarity when inserting batteries to avoid damage! Replace the cover and close it by turning it in a clockwise direction until it clicks firmly into place. Line laser To insert the batteries, first remove the appliance from the protective cover. Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the line laser and remove it. Insert the supplied button cells or three equivalent type LR44 button cells. Observe correct polarity when inserting batteries to avoid damage. Replace the battery compartment cover close it so that it clicks firmly into place. and Using the protective cover/wall bracket The protective cover is intended primarily to protect the soft seals from damage when the appliance is not in use. After use, always replace the protective cover. You can attach the protective cover to a predetermined attachment point on the wall with a screw and use it as a wall bracket. GB 5

9 Getting started After inserting the batteries, the appliance is ready for use. Remove the protective cover/wall bracket from the appliance. Fully grip the appliance with one or, ideally, both hands. The appliance is suitable for either hand. Operation CAUTION! Use the appliance only for its intended use. Check the appliance for damage before use. Do not use the appliance if its operational safety cannot be guaranteed. Switching the line laser on and off To switch the line laser ON/OFF switch. Aligning the line laser Align the appliance using the horizontal and vertical levels by changing the tilt angle of the appliance. Switch on the vacuum pump (see section Appliance suction function). To use the line laser without the suction function, you can release it from the mount by pulling it in a horizontal direction. Replace the line laser on the guide and push it in the direction of the battery compartment until it clicks audibly into place. Using the drill dust collector Mark the spot on the wall where you want to drill the holes. Push the loaded drill through the opening on the protective plate until it comes out of the other side of the seal. Put the tip of the drill bit onto the marking. Hold the drill vertically to the wall. Push the drill dust collector wall so that the seals wall. Press the release buttons together on both sides between your thumb and index finger and swing the cover of the drill dust collector upwards. Empty the drill dust collector. 6 GB

Appliance suction function After you have aligned the laser or put the drill dust collector/drill against the wall, switch on the vacuum pump at the switch. In this case, you will need a second person to hold the appliance in place. Ensure that the seal is not damaged or cut by rough surfaces, edges or corners. Detaching the appliance First, finish your work with the line laser and/ or the drill and then remove the drill from the appliance. Hold the appliance firmly in place to prevent it from falling down. Switch off the vacuum pump at the switch and press the vacuum button. Remove the appliance from the surface. to protect the appli- Use the protective cover ance and the seals. 11 Maintenance and cleaning WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Always switch the appliance off and remove the battery before carrying out any work on the appliance. The appliance is maintenance-free. The appliance should only be opened for repairs by a qualified technician. Heed the safety instructions for batteries. Keep the appliance clean to ensure fault-free operation. Remove any dirt from the housing with a soft cloth. Use only water with a little washing-up liquid, to prevent any possible damage. Do not allow any moisture to penetrate into the appliance during cleaning. Wear protective gloves when cleaning the appliance. If, despite careful manufacturing and examination procedures, the appliance does not function, contact Customer Service. Storage If you decide not to use the appliance for a long period, remove the batteries and store them in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Disposal The packaging is made from environmentally friendly material and can be disposed of at your local recycling plant. Do not dispose of power tools in your normal household waste! European Directive 2012/19/EU requires that worn-out power tools be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally compatible manner. Do not dispose of batteries with the normal household waste! Defective or worn-out batteries must be recycled according to Directive 2006/66/EC. Take the batteries and/or appliance to a nearby collection facility for disposal. Please consult your local authorities regarding suitable disposal of worn-out power tools. Kompernass Handels GmbH warranty Dear Customer, This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below. Warranty conditions The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase. If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence. If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period. Warranty period and statutory claims for defects The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee. 8 GB

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. 15 LASER LINIE Introducere Vă felicităm pentru cumpărarea noului dvs. aparat. Aţi decis să alegeţi un produs de calitate superioară. Instrucţiunile de utilizare fac parte integrantă din acest produs. 16 Indicaţii de siguranţă AVERTIZARE! Citiţi toate indicaţiile de siguranţă și instrucţiunile. Nerespectarea indicaţiilor de siguranţă și a instrucţiunilor poate cauza electrocutare, incendiu și/sau răniri grave. AVERTIZARE! Nu este permisă utilizarea materialelor de ambalare ca jucării. Pericol de asfixiere. INDICAŢIE Verificaţi dacă furnitura este completă și dacă prezintă deteriorări vizibile. În cazul în care furnitura este incompletă sau componentele sunt deteriorate din cauza ambalajului precar sau a transportului, apelaţi linia telefonică directă de service (a se vedea capitolul Service). Păstraţi toate indicaţiile de siguranţă și instrucţiunile pentru consultarea ulterioară. Nu îndepărtaţi marcajele și indicaţiile de pe aparat. Siguranţa în zona de lucru Nu lucraţi cu aparatul în zone cu potenţial exploziv și nici în zone în care se găsesc lichide, gaze sau pulberi inflamabile. Ţineţi copiii și alte persoane la distanţă în timpul utilizării aparatului. Dacă sunteţi distras, puteţi pierde controlul asupra aparatului. Acest aparat poate fi utilizat de copii începând cu vârsta de 8 ani, cât și de persoane cu abilităţi fizice, senzoriale sau mentale reduse sau fără experienţă și fără cunoștinţe necesare numai dacă sunt supravegheaţi sau dacă au fost instruiţi cu privire la utilizarea în siguranţă a acestui aparat și au înţeles pericolele cu privire la acesta. Un laser reprezintă o radiaţie luminoasă deosebit de intensă. În cazul utilizării necorespunzătoare pot surveni leziuni grave și permanente la nivelul ochilor și retinei. Nu îndreptaţi raza laser către oameni sau animale. Nu îndreptaţi raza laser către suprafeţe reflectorizante; acestea pot devia raza laser, putând pune în pericol persoanele. Nu lucraţi cu aparatul la înălţimea ochilor. Nu priviţi în raza directă sau reflectată. În cazul contactului radiaţiei laser cu ochii, închideţi ochii în mod conștient și mișcaţi imediat capul din direcţia razei. Nu utilizaţi instrumente optice precum lupe, ochelari sau alte lentile optice pentru observarea sursei de radiaţii sau modificarea razei laser. Este interzisă manipularea (modificarea) dispozitivului cu laser. Păstraţi aceste instrucţiuni de utilizare și predaţi-le în cazul transmiterii dispozitivului cu laser. RO 13

Aparatul nu este o jucărie și este periculos să fie utilizat de persoane fără experienţă. Evitaţi poziţiile anormale ale corpului. Asiguraţi o poziţie fixă și păstraţi-vă echilibrul în orice moment. Astfel puteţi controla mai bine aparatul în situaţii neașteptate. AVERTIZARE! Protejaţi-vă de radiaţia laser! La orificiul de ieșire a razei laser și pe partea inferioară a aparatului sunt aplicate autocolantele cu indicaţiile de avertizare prezentate care vă atrag atenţia asupra pericolelor. Pentru recunoașterea în siguranţă a potenţialelor pericole, aceste autocolante cu indicaţii de avertizare nu trebuie îndepărtate sau deteriorate. RADIAÞIE LASER NU PRIVIÞI DIRECT ÎN FASCICUL PRODUS CU LASER DIN CLASA 2 Utilizarea și manevrarea aparatului Aparatul nu conţine piese care să fie întreţinute de către utilizator. Nu demontaţi aparatul. Nu lăsaţi aparatul să cadă și nu utilizaţi forţa. Nu aduceţi aparatul în contact cu materiale corozive. Înaintea fiecărei utilizări verificaţi aparatul și accesoriile în privinţa deteriorărilor. Nu utilizaţi piese deteriorate. Înlocuiţi piesele deteriorate numai cu piese de schimb echivalente cu cele originale în privinţa funcţiei și calităţii. Păstraţi aparatul în locuri inaccesibile copiilor. Utilizaţi aparatul, accesoriile etc. în conformitate cu destinaţia și cu aceste instrucţiuni. În același timp aveţi în vedere condiţiile de lucru și activitatea pe care trebuie să o executaţi. Utilizarea aparatelor electrice pentru alte aplicaţii decât cele prevăzute poate duce la situaţii periculoase. Menţineţi aparatul la distanţă faţă de sursele electromagnetice precum aparatele de încălzire cu inducţie sau aparatele de sudură electrică. Evitaţi încărcările statice, precum și temperaturile prea ridicate sau prea coborâte. Astfel pot apărea defecţiuni la aparat. Îngrijiţi aparatul cu atenţie. Verificaţi dacă componentele mobile funcţionează ireproșabil și dacă nu se blochează, dacă există componente rupte sau deteriorate în așa fel încât să fie afectată funcţionarea aparatului. Înainte de utilizarea aparatului, solicitaţi repararea componentelor deteriorate. Multe dintre accidente sunt provocate de aparatele întreţinute necorespunzător sau defecte. Utilizarea și manevrarea bateriilor Respectaţi următoarele indicaţii de siguranţă pentru manipularea bateriilor. Bateriile se pot scurge sau exploda. Substanţele toxice sau acide conţinute de acestea se pot elibera. Acest lucru poate provoca pagube materiale, afectarea sănătăţii și vătămări corporale grave! Nu reîncărcaţi niciodată bateriile. Există pericol de explozie, iar acidul scurs poate provoca daune. Utilizaţi în aparatele electrice numai bateriile prevăzute în acest sens. Utilizarea altor baterii poate provoca răniri și pericol de incendiu. Nu utilizaţi alt tip de baterie și în niciun caz altă sursă de tensiune. Bateria nu trebuie să intre în contact cu agrafe de birou, monede, chei, cuie, șuruburi, unelte sau alte obiecte metalice care ar putea provoca o șuntare a contactelor. Un scurtcircuit între contactele bateriei poate provoca arsuri și/sau un incendiu. Nu utilizaţi baterii care se scurg, sunt decolorate, deformate sau deteriorate în alt mod. Bateriile neetanșe sau deteriorate trebuie eliminate în mod corespunzător cu respectarea măsurilor de precauţie obișnuite (mănuși de protecţie). 14 RO

18 Nu deschideţi, nu dezasamblaţi, nu perforaţi, nu modificaţi, nu aruncaţi bateriile și nu le expuneţi șocurilor inutile. Nu expuneţi bateriile focului sau temperaturilor de peste 50 C. Nu depozitaţi bateriile în locuri fierbinţi și nu le expuneţi radiaţiei solare directe. Nu introduceţi bateriile în apă sau în alte lichide. Nu introduceţi niciodată bateriile în cuptorul cu microunde sau în recipiente de înaltă presiune sau de vid. În cazul unei utilizări necorespunzătoare, din baterie poate ieși lichid. Evitaţi contactul cu lichidul. În cazul unui contact accidental, spălaţi cu apă. Dacă lichidul intră în contact cu ochii, consultaţi suplimentar și un medic. Lichidul scurs din baterie poate provoca iritaţii la nivelul pielii sau arsuri. În cazul utilizării necorespunzătoare pot fi degajaţi vapori periculoși pentru sănătate și care irită căile respiratorii. Aerisiţi și contactaţi medicul în caz de tulburări. În cazul manipulării necorespunzătoare există pericol de scurtcircuit sau de explozie! Eliminaţi bateriile consumate și aparatele defecte conform dispoziţiilor legale. Indicaţii de siguranţă specifice aparatului Nu meţineţi aparatul în umezeală. Pătrunderea apei poate provoca electrocutarea. Nu lucraţi cu aparatul în apă sau în alte lichide. Ţineţi aparatul bine și nu îl lăsaţi să cadă. Evitaţi pornirea neintenţionată. Asiguraţi-vă că aparatul este oprit atunci când introduceţi o baterie. Introducerea bateriei/bateriilor în aparatul pornit poate provoca accidente. Nu închideţi orificiile de pe partea aparatului. RO 15

19 Înainte de punerea în funcţiune Introducerea/schimbarea bateriilor Pompa de vid Pentru a introduce bateriile deschideţi compartimentul bateriilor prin rotirea capacului în sens antiorar și scoaterea acestuia. Introduceţi bateriile livrate sau două baterii similare de tip AA. Respectaţi polaritatea corectă a bateriilor în vederea evitării pagubelor materiale! Așezaţi la loc capacul și închideţi-l prin rotirea în sens orar până la fixarea acestuia cu un zgomot. Laser liniar Pentru introducerea bateriilor, dacă este necesar, scoateţi aparatul din capacul de protecţie. Deschideţi capacul compartimentului bateriilor aflat pe partea inferioară a laserului liniar și scoateţi-l. Introduceţi bateriile tip pastilă livrate sau trei baterii similare de tip LR44. Respectaţi polaritatea corectă a bateriilor în vederea evitării pagubelor materiale. Așezaţi la loc capacul compartimentului bateriilor și închideţi-l până la fixarea acestuia cu un zgomot. Utilizarea capacului de protecţie/ suportului pentru perete Capacul de protecţie are sarcina de a proteja în special garniturile moi împotriva deteriorărilor atunci când aparatul nu este utilizat. După utilizare așezaţi întotdeauna aparatul înapoi în capacul de protecţie. Capacul de protecţie se poate fixa de perete cu un șurub la unul din punctele de fixare prevăzute, putându-se utiliza ca suport pentru perete. Pregătirea aparatului După introducerea bateriilor, aparatul este pregătit pentru funcţionare. Scoateţi aparatul de la capacul de protecţie/ suportul pentru perete. Ţineţi aparatul cel puţin cu o mână. Aparatul este adecvat pentru utilizarea de către stângaci și dreptaci. Punerea în funcţiune ATENŢIE! Utilizaţi aparatul numai conform destinaţiei! Verificaţi aparatul înaintea utilizării în privinţa defecţiunilor posibile! Nu utilizaţi aparatul dacă siguranţa operării nu este garantată. Pornirea și oprirea laserului liniar Pentru pornirea și oprirea laserului liniar apăsaţi comutatorul PORNIT/OPRIT. Pentru a putea citi mai bine boloboacele, acestea sunt iluminate. Opriţi din nou laserul după utilizare prin apăsarea comutatorului PORNIT/OPRIT. Orientarea laserului liniar Orientaţi aparatul orizontal sau vertical cu ajutorul boloboacelor, prin modificarea înclinaţiei aparatului. Aduceţi bula de aer a unui boloboc în centru, între liniile de marcare. Pentru orientarea înclinată a razei laser marcaţi mai întâi două puncte în linia dorită și orientaţi raza laser în funcţie de aceste marcaje. Porniţi pompa de vid (a se vedea capitolul Funcţia de aspirare a aparatului). 16 RO

20 Pentru utilizarea laserului liniar fără funcţia de aspirare, acesta poate fi desprins din suport prin tragere în direcţie longitudinală. Apoi așezaţi din nou laserul liniar pe ghidaj și deplasaţi-l în direcţia compartimentului bateriilor până la fixarea acestuia cu un zgomot. Utilizarea colectorului de praf de găurire Marcaţi poziţia de găurire dorită pe perete. Introduceţi burghiul fixat prin orificiul plăcii de protecţie, până când iese din nou prin garnitură. Așezaţi vârful burghiului pe marcaj. Poziţionaţi burghiul vertical pe perete. Apăsaţi colectorul de praf de găurire pe perete astfel încât garniturile să fie fixate pe perete. INDICAŢIE Pentru garantarea strângerii în mod optim a prafului de către colectorul de praf de găurire, acesta trebuie să fie întotdeauna orientat vertical. Porniţi pompa de vid (a se vedea capitolul Funcţia de aspirare a aparatului). Ţineţi mașina de găurit cu ambele mâini și respectaţi indicaţiile de utilizare și de siguranţă furnizate de producător. Utilizaţi numai burghie adecvate, cu diametrul de max. 10 mm. Purtaţi echipament individual de protecţie (ochelari de protecţie). Scoateţi burghiul din colectorul de praf de găurire înaintea deconectării pompei de vid. Golirea colectorului de praf de găurire Ţineţi colectorul de praf de găurire în jos. Apăsaţi concomitent tastele de deblocare de pe ambele părţi cu degetul mare și degetul arătător și rabataţi capacul colectorului de praf de găurire în sus. Goliţi colectorul de praf de găurire. Așezaţi eclisa exterioară a capacului din nou pe aripioara de centrare a capacului. Rabataţi înapoi capacul până când tastele de deblocare de pe ambele părţi se fixează cu un zgomot. Asiguraţi-vă că fixarea capacului este pe colectorul de praf de găurire. Numai în acest mod poate fi evitată ieșirea nedorită a prafului provenit de la găurire. Funcţia de aspirare a aparatului După orientarea laserului, respectiv fixarea colectorului de praf de găurire/burghiului, porniţi pompa de vid de la comutator. Fixaţi aparatul apăsându-l scurt pe perete. În scurt timp aparatul trebuie să se fixeze pe perete. Se va avea în vedere ca aparatul să fie poziţionat complet cu garnitura pe suprafaţă. Verificaţi fixarea independentă a aparatului încercând să îl deplasaţi sau să îl desprindeţi printr-o apăsare ușoară. Lăsaţi pompa de vid pornită pe întreaga durată a lucrului cu laserul liniar și/sau cu colectorul de praf de găurire. În caz contrar, aparatul nu va putea menţine vidul necesar și se va desprinde de perete. Nu utilizaţi aparatul pentru lucrări deasupra înălţimii capului. Dacă aparatul nu se fixează independent de perete, este posibil ca structura suprafeţei să fie prea grosieră. Nu poate fi constituit suficient vid. În acest caz solicitaţi unei alte persoane să ţină aparatul. Aveţi în vedere ca garnitura să nu fie distrusă sau tăiată de suprafeţe, muchii sau colţuri ascuţite sau aspre. RO 17

21 Detașarea aparatului Finalizaţi mai întâi lucrul cu laserul liniar și/sau găurirea și scoateţi burghiul din aparat. Ţineţi bine aparatul pentru a evita căderea acestuia. Opriţi pompa de vid de la comutator apăsaţi tasta de aerisire. Luaţi aparatul de pe suprafaţă. Utilizaţi capacul de protecţie aparatul și garniturile. Remedierea defecţiunilor și pentru a proteja Laserul nu funcţionează. Bateria este descărcată > înlocuiţi bateria. Aparatul nu se fixează pe suprafaţă. Bateria este prea slabă sau descărcată > înlocuiţi bateria. Garnitura este deteriorată > ţineţi aparatul cu mâna. Structura peretelui este prea grosieră > ţineţi aparatul cu mâna. Întreţinerea și curăţarea AVERTIZARE! PERICOL DE RĂNIRE! Înaintea tuturor lucrărilor la aparat opriţi aparatul și scoateţi bateriile. Aparatul funcţionează fără întreţinere În vederea reparaţiei, aparatul va fi deschis numai de către un specialist. Respectaţi indicaţiile de siguranţă pentru baterii. Păstraţi aparatul curat pentru a putea lucra în mod corespunzător și în siguranţă. Murdăria de pe carcasă se îndepărtează cu o lavetă moale. Pentru a evita defectarea utilizaţi numai apă cu detergent. În timpul curăţării nu trebuie să pătrundă umezeala în aparat. Pentru curăţarea aparatului utilizaţi mănuși de protecţie. În cazul defectării aparatului, în pofida procedurilor corespunzătoare de fabricaţie și verificare, contactaţi serviciul clienţi. Depozitarea Dacă nu utilizaţi aparatul un timp mai îndelungat, scoateţi bateriile și depozitaţi-l într-un loc curat și uscat, departe de radiaţia solară directă. Eliminarea Ambalajul este format din materiale ecologice pe care le puteţi elimina prin intermediul centrelor locale de reciclare. Nu aruncaţi sculele electrice în gunoiul menajer! Conform Directivei europene 2012/19/EU, sculele electrice uzate trebuie colectate separat și eliminate la un punct de reciclare ecologic. 18 RO

22 Nu aruncaţi bateriile în gunoiul menajer! Bateriile defecte sau consumate trebuie reciclate conform dispoziţiilor Directivei 2006/66/EC. Predaţi bateriile și/sau aparatul la unul dintre centrele de colectare existente. Informaţii privind posibilităţile de eliminare a sculelor electrice uzate pot fi obţinute de la administraţia locală. Garanţia Kompernass Handels GmbH Stimate client, Pentru acest aparat se acordă o garanţie de 3 ani de la data cumpărării. În cazul în care produsul prezintă defecte, beneficiaţi de drepturi legale faţă de vânzătorul produsului. Aceste drepturi legale nu sunt limitate prin garanţia noastră prezentată în cele ce urmează. Condiţii de garanţie Perioada de garanţie începe de la data cumpărării. Păstraţi cu grijă bonul fiscal original. Acesta este necesar pentru a dovedi cumpărarea. Dacă în decurs de trei ani de la data cumpărării acestui produs apare un defect de material sau de fabricaţie, produsul va fi reparat sau înlocuit de către noi la alegerea noastră în mod gratuit. Garanţia presupune ca în timpul perioadei de trei ani să se prezinte aparatul defect şi dovada cumpărării (bonul fiscal), precum şi o scurtă descriere în scris, în care să se specifice în ce constă defectul şi când a apărut acesta. Dacă defectul este acoperit de garanţia noastră, veţi primi înapoi produsul reparat sau unul nou. Odată cu reparaţia sau înlocuirea produsului nu începe o nouă perioadă de garanţie. Perioada de garanţie şi pretenţiile legale privind defectele Perioada de garanţie nu este prelungită după efectuarea reparaţiilor realizate în perioada de garanţie. Acest lucru este valabil şi pentru piesele înlocuite şi reparate. Eventualele deteriorări şi deficienţe prezente deja la cumpărare trebuie semnalate imediat după dezambalarea produsului. Reparaţiile necesare după expirarea perioadei de garanţie se efectuează contra cost. Domeniul de aplicare a garanţiei Aparatul a fost produs cu grijă, în conformitate cu orientările stricte privind calitatea şi verificat cu rigurozitate înaintea livrării. Garanţia se acordă în caz de defecte de material sau de fabricaţie. Această garanţie nu se extinde asupra componentelor produsului care sunt expuse uzurii normale şi care, prin urmare, pot fi considerate piese de uzură sau asupra deteriorărilor apărute la componentele fragile, de exemplu comutatoare, acumulatori, forme de copt sau componente realizate din sticlă. 23 Procedura de acordare a garanţiei Pentru a se asigura prelucrarea rapidă a solicitării dvs., urmaţi instrucţiunile de mai jos: Pentru toate solicitările păstraţi la îndemână bonul fiscal şi numărul articolului (de exemplu IAN 12345) ca dovadă a cumpărării. Numărul articolului poate fi consultat pe plăcuţa de caracteristici, pe o gravură, pe coperta instrucţiunilor (în partea stângă, jos) sau pe autocolantul de pe partea din spate sau de jos. În cazul în care apar defecte funcţionale sau alte defecţiuni, contactaţi mai întâi telefonic sau prin departamentul de service menţionat în continuare. Apoi puteţi expedia produsul înregistrat ca fiind defect la adresa de service care v-a fost comunicată, fără a plăti taxe poştale, anexând dovada cumpărării (bonul fiscal) şi indicând în ce constă defectul şi când a apărut acesta.
