9 I 9 PREMESSA Il permette di automatizzare, in modo praticamente invisibile, cancelli ad ante battenti. L'automazione composta da un operatore interrato elettromeccanico a 24Vdc oppure a 230Vac, in grado di trasmettere il movimento ad ante fino a 3,5 mt. AVVERTENZA PER L'INSTALLAZIONE Prima di procedere con l'installazione bisogna predisporre a monte dell'impianto un interruttore magneto termico o differenziale con portata massima 10A. L'interruttore deve garantire una separazione omnipolare dei contatti, con distanza di apertura di almeno 3mm. Tutti i materiali presenti nell'imballo non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo. Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilit ai fini del corretto funzionamento dell'automazione nel caso non vengano utilizzati i componenti e gli accessori di propria produzione e idonei per l'applicazione prevista. Al termine dell'installazione verificare sempre con attenzione il corretto funzionamento dell'impianto e dei dispositivi utilizzati. Questa manuale d'istruzione si rivolge a persone abilitate all'installazione di apparecchi sotto tensione pertanto si richiede una buona conoscenza della tecnica, esercitata come professione e nel rispetto delle norme vigenti. La manutenzione deve essere eseguita da personale qualificato. Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di manutenzione, scollegare l'apparecchiatura dalle rete di alimentazione elettrica. Questo prodotto e stato progettato e costruito esclusivamente per I'utilizzo indicato in questa documentazione. Usi non indicati in questa documentazione potrebbero essere fonte di danni al prodotto e fonte di pericolo. Verificare lo scopo dell'utilizzo finale e assicurarsi di prendere tutte le sicurezze necessarie. L'utilizzo dei prodotti e la loro destinazione ad usi diversi da quelli previsti, non stata sperimentata dal costruttore, pertanto i lavori eseguiti sono sotto la completa responsabilit dell'installatore. Segnalare l'automazione con targhe di avvertenza che devono essere visibili. Avvisare l'utente che i bambini o animali non devono giocare o sostare nei pressi del cancello. Proteggere adeguatamente i punti di pericolo per esempio mediante l'uso di una costa sensibile. Verificare se I 'impianto di terra realizzato correttamente: collegare tutte le parti metalliche della chiusura (porte, cancelli, ecc.) e tutti i componenti dell'impianto provvisti di morsetto di terra. Usare esclusivamente parti originali per qualsiasi manutenzione o riparazione. Non eseguire alcuna modifica ai componenti dell'automazione se non espressamente autorizzata dalla Ditta. Utilizzare pressacavi adeguati ad assicurare la corretta connessione meccanica del cablaggio e tali da mantenere il grado di protezione IP. AVVERTENZE PER L'UTENTE In caso di guasto o anomalie di funzionamento staccare l'alimentazione a monte dell'apparecchiatura e chiamare l'assistenza tecnica. Verificare periodicamente il funzionamento delle sicurezze. Le eventuali riparazioni devono essere eseguite da personale specializzato usando materiali originali e certificati. Il prodotto non deve essere usato da bambini o persone con ridotte capacit fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, oppure mancanti di esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che non siano stati correttamente istruiti. Non accedere alla scheda per regolazioni e/o manutenzioni.

Verifiche preliminari: Controllare che la struttura del cancello sia sufficientemente robusta e rigida. In ogni caso verificare che il cancello abbia peso e dimensioni che rientrano nei limiti di impiego dell'operatore. Lunghezza massima dell'anta: 2,5 mt - peso massimo : 600 kg

11 11 I 3,5 mt - peso massimo : 400 kg (Si consiglia l'utilizzo di un elettroserratura). Controllare che l'anta si muova manualmente e senza sforzo (punti di maggiore attrito)per tutta la corsa del cancello sia in apertura che in chiusura. Lunghezza massima dei cavi 10 mt. Controllare che la zona dove verr fissato il motoriduttore non sia esposta ad allagamenti. Se il cancello non di nuova installazione controllare lo stato di usura di tutti i componenti, sistemare o sostituire le parti difettose o usurate e, se necessario, effettuare gli opportuni interventi. Assicurarsi che vi siano i finecorsa di arresto meccanico. L'affidabilit e la sicurezza dell'automazione direttamente influenzata dallo stato della struttura del cancello. DESCRIZIONE (5) 1- Cassetta di fondazione 2- Gruppo motore 3- Gruppo finecorsa 4- Perno 5- Gruppo leve AJ AJ00730 (14) 6- Coperchio INSTALLAZIONE 1- In base al tipo di struttura e di apertura desiderata scegliere l'esatta posizione dell'operatore seguendo le indicazioni tipo riportate. 2- Se non fosse gi presente applicare una battuta d'arresto in chiusura e in apertura vedi (3b). 3- Realizzare uno scavo di fondazione nella posizione adeguata conforme alle misure dell'operatore (7). 4- Prevedere uno scarico di drenaggio per l'acqua che eviti ristagni e successive ossidazioni della cassetta di fondazione (9). MURATURA DELLA CASSETTA OPERATORE Si elencano alcune condizioni tipiche nelle quali ci si potrebbe trovare ad operare con i relativi suggerimenti per ognuna ( ): a) Cancello ancora da realizzare: - Risulta preferibile installare la cerniera superiore dell'anta del tipo regolabile. b) Cancello con le cerniere regolabili: - rimuovere la cerniera inferiore - allentare la cerniera superiore e ruotare l anta (6) - murare la cassetta - rimontare l'anta c) Cancello con cerniere fisse: - rimuovere il cancello - eliminare la cerniera inferiore Qualora non si possa rimuovere il cancello inserire sotto al bordo inferiore dell anta uno spessore di sostegno. SCAVO DI FONDAZIONE - Eseguire uno scavo di fondazione con le dimensioni indicate in (7). NOTA: in funzione al tipo di terreno, e' consigliabile realizzare un fondo di predisposizione alla gettata con del cemento ad essicazione rapida.

12 12 I - Posizionare la cassetta operatore all'interno dello scavo rispettando le indicazioni di (8) e verificandone la messa in bolla. ATTENZIONE: assicurasi che il centro del perno dell'operatore sia perfettamente in asse con la cerniera dell'anta del cancello (2-3a). - Predisporre un tubo in PVC di diametro almeno 35 mm per il passaggio dei cavi elettrici, fino ad arrivare all'ingresso cavi nell'operatore (9). Prevedere un tubo per il drenaggio dell'acqua piovana, preferibilmente collegato ad un canale di recupero acque (9). - Murare la cassetta operatore nello scavo di fondazione. MONTAGGIO DEL CANCELLO N.B. Verificare che il cemento nello scavo di fondazione si sia sufficientemente essicato prima di eseguire il montaggio. 1- Montare il gruppo leve al perno della cassetta (10) AJ AJ00730 (14). 2- Procurarsi un profilato ad U di dimensioni indicate in (11) e chiuderlo dal lato pilastro mediante una piastra come indicato in (12/a ) e (12/b). 3- Saldare la staffa a U o il cancello sul braccio di sostegno dell'operatore (13). 4- Alloggiare il cancello nella staffa guida ed incernierarlo nella parte superiore. 5- Assicurarsi che manualmente il cancello sia libero di aprirsi e chiudersi completamente arrestandosi sui fermi meccanici di finecorsa. Il movimento dell'anta deve essere libero e uniforme, senza particolari attriti. MONTAGGIO DELL OPERATORE 1- Aprire e chiudere l'anta del cancello determinando tramite gli appositi finecorsa meccanici A(14a) l'apertura e la chiusura desiderata. 2- Una volta regolati i finecorsa portare l'anta in posizione di cancello aperto. 3- Fissare l'operatore verificandone l'esatta collocazione (14a - 14b). 4- Nel caso di utilizzo dei finecorsa fare riferimento al paragrafo successivo. 5- Montare la biella (sinistra o destra) come in (15). 6- In questa fase si consiglia di ingrassare l'albero di uscita dell'operatore ed i perni di fissaggio delle leve. 7- Alimentare l'operatore e portare l'anta in posizione di cancello chiuso. 8- Procedere all'installazione dell'eventuale secondo operatore replicando quanto sopra descritto. 9- Chiudere con il coperchio l'operatore mediante le viti in dotazione (16). GRUPPO FINECORSA (17-18) Kit composto da : a) Disco finecorsa b) Finecorsa c) Scheda sensore cavo 4x0,5 mm²: azzurro=chiude, viola=apre, rosso=positivo, marrone=negativo d) Magneti e) Viti di regolazione f ) Viti di fissaggio

13 13 I MONTAGGIO E REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA 1- Montare le due viti a testa cilindrica e(18) direttamente sul corpo dell'operatore. 2- Fissare la scheda sensore c(18) tramite le due viti f(18) sopra le due viti e(18) facendo attenzione a far passare il cavo d'uscita nelle apposite scanalature presenti sull'operatore. 3- Fissare il disco finecorsa sulla leva d'uscita tramite le viti M3 x 6mm (20). 4- Fissare l'assieme formato da disco e leva sull'albero d'uscita dell'operatore con l'apposita spina (20). 5- Fissare la biella di collegamento tra le leve d'uscita tramite i relativi perni e seeger (15). 6- ALIMENTARE L'OPERATORE 7- Prendendo come riferimento il sensore assemblare i due finecorsa b(19) sul disco a(19) tramite le viti e i dadi c(19) e fissarne uno nella posizione di cancello aperto e l'altro nella posizione di cancello chiuso, facendo compiere un ciclo completo. 8- Inserire i magneti di abilitazione del rallentamento e di finecorsa in apertura e chiusura nella posizione desiderata. Fare comunque sempre riferimento alle istruzioni dell'apparecchiatura di comando per la gestione dei finecorsa. Sui finecorsa sono presenti diverse sedi per il posizionamento dei magneti distanziate tra loro di 5, equivalenti su un'anta di lunghezza di 2,5 m ad un arco di circonferenza di 250/300 mm. In caso di utilizzo di doppio magnete (abilitazione al rallentamento e fine del moto) si consiglia di lasciare sempre almeno una sede vuota tra i due magneti. 9- In caso di mancata lettura del sensore regolarne opportunamente l'altezza e(21), allentando le viti di fissaggio f(18) e avvitando o svitando le viti a testa cilindrica e(18). Al termine serrare le viti di fissaggio. NOTA SUL SENSO DI MONTAGGIO DEI MAGNETI Nel montare i magneti d(20), occorre prestare attenzione alla polarit degli stessi: su ogni singolo supporto occorre montare i magneti rivolti nello stesso senso di polarizzazione. Per verificare l'esatto montaggio l'operatore deve essere collegato alla centrale di comando. Azionare l'operatore fino a quando i magneti passano sul sensore c(17); controllare che sulla centrale di comando si spengano correttamente i led relativi agli ingressi finecorsa di apertura e chiusura e che l'operatore si arresti nelle posizioni di cancello aperto e cancello chiuso. Eventualmente invertire i magneti qualora le fasi non siano quelle desiderate. L'elettroserratura consigliata per ante superiori a 2,5 m, e comunque per ante cieche o tamburate. MESSA IN FUNZIONE - Programmare la scheda elettronica secondo le esigenze, come da istruzioni relative. - Alimentare l'operatore e verificare lo stato dei LEDS come dalla tabella presente nelle istruzioni relative la parte elettronica. PROVA DELL'AUTOMAZIONE Verificare accuratamente l'automazione completa di tutti gli accessori ad essa connessi. Fornire al cliente le istruzioni d'uso ed illustrare il corretto funzionamento e utilizzo dell'automazione, cautele segnalazioni e sicurezze. AZIONAMENTO MANUALE Qualora fosse necessario azionare manualmente il cancello, occorre agire sul dispositivo di sblocco manuale a chiave. N.B.: Le manovre di sblocco devono essere effettuate solo in emergenza e soprattutto con alimentazione SCOLLEGATA. Il dispositivo di sblocco manuale situato sulla staffa di sostegno del cancello e permette di sbloccare il cancello sia dall'interno che dall'esterno della propriet. Per eseguire manualmente l' apertura occorre agire come segue: - Scoprire la serratura facendo scorrere la protezione come in (22). - Introdurre la chiave di sblocco nella serratura (22) e ruotare la chiave. - Tirare la leva verso di se e azionare manualmente l'anta.

14 14 I RIPRISTINO DEL FUNZIONAMENTO NORMALE Per ripristinare il funzionamento normale, occorre agire come di seguito: - Riportare la leva o le leve nelle sue posizioni normali, cio a ridosso della staffa (23). - Introdurre la chiave di sblocco nella serratura e ruotare la chiave. - Azionare manualmente l'anta fino all'aggancio della serratura sulla staffa di bloccaggio. - Richiudere il tappo scorrevole di protezione della serratura. APPLICAZIONE DELL'ELETTROSERRATURA (24-25) L'elettroserratura consigliata per ante superiori a 2,5 m, e comunque per ante cieche o tamburate. 1- ELETTROSERRATURA 2- PIASTRA DI FISSAGGIO ELETTROSERRATURA 3- AGGANCIO CHIAVISTELLO 4- BATTUTA PER AGGANCIO CHIAVISTELLO 5- CHIAVISTELLO 6- BARILOTTO PASSANTE ( A RICHIESTA) 7- CANCELLO COLLAUDO FINALE Alimentare l'automazione ed eseguire uno o pi cicli completi di apertura e chiusura verificando: Il corretto funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza Il movimento regolare dell'anta La solidit della piastra di fondazione Che l'insieme del cancello sia conforme alla EN ed EN Per maggiori dettagli e informazioni sulle normative di riferimento potete collegarvi al sito internet: MANUTENZIONE Effettuare controlli periodici al cancello con particolare attenzione a: Verificare i cardini Verificare il buon funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza Sbloccare l'operatore e verificare l'assenza di punti di attrito durante l'intera corsa Verificare che non ci sia sporco o detriti sulle leve di trasmissione Verificare periodicamente la corretta regolazione della sicurezza elettronica antischiacciamento e l'efficienza dei sistema di sblocco che permette il funzionamento manuale (vedi paragrafo relativo). I dispositivi di sicurezza installati sull'impianto devono essere verificati ogni sei mesi. La Gi.Bi.Di. Srl. Si riserva la facolt di modificare i dati tecnici senza avviso, in funzione dell'evoluzione del prodotto. MALFUNZIONAMENTO Per qualsiasi anomalia di funzionamento non risolta, togliere I'alimentazione al sistema e chiedere I'intervento di personale qualificato (installatore).nel periodo di fuori servizio, attivare lo sblocco manuale per consentire l'apertura e la chiusura manuale.

17 17 UK INTRODUCTION allows practically invisible automation of swing gates. The automated device consists of an electromechanical underground operator in both 24 VDC and 230 VAC version, able to transmit motion to leafs of up to 3.5 m. INSTALLATION WARNINGS Before proceeding with installation, fit a magnetothermal or differential switch with a maximum capacity of 10A upstream of the system. The switch must guarantee omnipolar separation of the contacts with an opening distance of at least 3mm. Keep all the materials contained in the packaging away from children, since they pose a potential risk. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for improper functioning of the automated device if the original components and accessories suitable for the specific application are not used. After installation, always carefully check proper functioning of the system and the devices used. This instruction manual addresses persons qualified for installation of "live equipment". Therefore, good technical knowledge and professional practice in compliance with the regulations in force are required. Maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel. Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the control unit from the mains. This product has been designed and constructed exclusively for the use indicated in this documentation. Any other use may cause damage to the product and be a source of danger. Check the intended end use and take all the necessary safety precautions. Use of the product for purposes different from the intended use has not been tested by the manufacturer, therefore any work is carried out on full responsibility of the installer. Mark the automated device with visible warning plates. Warn the user that children or animals should not play or stand near the gate. Appropriately protect the danger points (for example, using a sensitive frame). Check that the earthing system has been properly constructed: connect all the metal parts of doors, gates, etc. and all the system components to an earth terminal. Exclusively use original spare parts for any maintenance or repair operations. Do not modify any components of the automated device unless expressly authorised by Gi.Bi.Di. Use suitable cable clamps to assure proper mechanical connection of the wiring and such as to maintain the IP degree of protection. WARNINGS FOR THE USER In the event of an operating fault or failure, cut the power upstream of the control unit and call Technical Service. Periodically check functioning of the safety devices. Any repairs must be carried out by specialised personnel using original and certified materials. The product may not be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensorial or mental capacities, or lacking experience and knowledge, unless appropriately instructed. In any case check that the gate weight and dimensions fall within the operating limits of the operator. Maximum leaf length: 2.5 m - maximum weight: 600 kg 3.5 m - maximum weight: 400 kg (It is recommended to use an electric lock). Check that the leaf can be moved manually without force (points of greatest friction) for the entire travel of the gate during both opening and closing. Maximum cable length 10 m.

19 19 Check that the area where the gearmotor will be fitted is not exposed to flooding. If the gate is not a new installation, check the state of wear of all the components, repair or replace the defective or worn parts and perform any other operations necessary. Check that the mechanical end-stops have been fitted. The reliability and safety of the automated device is directly dependent on the condition of the gate structure. DESCRIPTION (5) 1- Foundation box 2- Motor unit 3- Limit switch unit 4- Output shaft 5- Lever unit AJ AJ00730 (14) 6- Cover INSTALLATION 1- Based on the type of structure and desired opening, decide on the exact position for the operator following the type indications. 2- If not yet fitted, apply a closing and opening end-stop (3b). 3- Dig a foundation hole in the appropriate position and large enough to fit the operator (7). 4- Provide for a water drain to prevent stagnation and subsequent oxidation in the foundation (9). EMBEDDING THE OPERATOR BOX Listed below are some typical conditions in which you might be operating with the relative suggestions for each one of them ( ): UK a) Gate still to be installed: - It is preferable to fit an adjustable type upper hinge for the leaf. b) Gate with adjustable hinges: - Remove the lower hinge - Loosen the upper hinge and turn the leaf (6) - Embed the box - Refit the leaf c) Gate with fixed hinges: - Remove the gate - Remove the lower hinge If the gate cannot be removed, insert a support shim underneath the lower edge of the leaf. FOUNDATION EXCAVATION - Dig a foundation hole with the dimensions indicated in (7). NOTE: Depending on the type of ground, it is advisable to make a foundation for casting of quick-drying cement. - Position the operator box in the excavation respecting the indications in (8) and check that it is level. CAUTION: Make sure that the centre of the operator pin is perfectly in line with the hinge of the gate leaf (2-3a). - Arrange a PVC tube of at least 35 mm diameter up to the operator cable inlet through which to run the electric cables (9). Provide for a rainwater drain pipe, preferably connected to a water recovery duct (9).

20 20 UK - Embed the operator box in the foundation hole. FITTING THE GATE N.B. Check that the cement in the foundation hole has dried sufficiently before installing the operator. 1- Fit the lever unit to the box pin (10) AJ AJ00730 (14). 2- Procure a U-bracket of the dimensions indicated in (11) and close it on the pillar side using a plate as shown in (12/a) and (12/b). 3- Weld the U-bracket or the gate on the operator support arm (13). 4- Position the gate in the guide bracket and hinge it in the upper part. 5- Check manually that the gate is free to open and close coming to a complete halt on the mechanical end-stops. The leaf must move smoothly and uniformly without irregular friction. OPERATOR INSTALLATION 1- Open and close the gate leaf determining the desired opening and closing by means of the mechanical limit switches A(14a). 2- Once the limit switches have been adjusted, move the leaf into the gate-open position. 3- Fasten the operator checking that it is exactly positioned (14a - 14b). 4- If using the limit switches, refer to the next paragraph. 5- Fit the connecting rod (left or right) as shown (15). 6- At this stage, it is advisable to grease the operator output shaft and the lever fastening pins. 7- Power the operator and move the leaf into the gate-closed position. 8- Proceed with installation of the second operator (where applicable) repeating the above described procedures. 9- Fit the cover on the operator using the screws provided (16). LIMIT SWITCH UNIT (17-18) The kit is made up of: a) Limit switch disc b) Limit switch c) Sensor board cable 4x0.5 mm²: blue= close, purple= open, red= positive, brown= negative d) Magnets e) Adjustment screws f ) Retaining screws LIMIT SWITCH FITTING AND ADJUSTMENT 1- Fit the two cheese-headed screws e(18) directly on the operator body. 2- Fasten the sensor board c(18) using the two screws f(18) above the two screws e(18), and run the output cable through the grooves on the operator. 3- Secure the limit switch disc on the output lever using the screws M3 x 6 mm (20). 4- Fasten the assembly formed by the disc and the lever on the operator output shaft using the pin (20). 5- Fasten the connecting rod between the output levers using the relative pins and seeger (15). 6- POWER THE OPERATOR 7- Taking the sensor as reference, assemble the two limit switches b(19) on the disc a(19) using the screws and nuts c(19) and fasten one in the gate-open position and the other one in the gate-closed position and run a full cycle.

21 21 8- Fit the deceleration and opening and closing limit switch enable magnets in the desired position. In any case, always refer to the control unit instructions for handling the limit switches. There are several seats on the limit switches in which to position the magnets spaced out 5, which is equivalent to a circumference arc of 250/300 mm on a 2.5 m long leaf. If using two magnets (deceleration enable and end of motion), it is recommended to always leave at least one seat empty between the two magnets. 9- If the sensor fails to read, appropriately adjust its height e(21) by loosening the retaining screws f(18) and screwing or unscrewing the cheese-headed screws e(18). When done, tighten the retaining screws. NOTE ON MAGNET FITTING DIRECTION When fitting the magnets d(20), pay attention to their polarity: on each single holder fit the magnets facing the same polarization direction. To check exact fitting, the operator must be connected to the control unit. Activate the operator until the magnets pass over the sensor c(17); check on the control unit that the LEDs relative to the opening and closing limit switch inputs go off and that the operator stops in the gate-open and gate-closed positions. Invert the magnets if the phases are not as desired. It is recommended to use an electric lock for leafs larger than 2,5 m and in any case for blind or flush panel doors. START-UP - Program the circuit board as required following the relative instructions. - Power the operator and check the LED status as indicated in the table in the instructions for the electronic part. TESTING THE AUTOMATED DEVICE Carefully test the automated device as well as all the accessories connected to it. Give the customer the instructions for use and demonstrate proper functioning and use of the device, the safety devices, cautions and warnings. MANUAL OPERATION Should it be necessary to manually operate the gate, use the manual key unlocking device. N.B.: The unlocking operations must be carried out only in the case of an emergency and especially with the power DISCONNECTED. The manual unlocking device is situated on the support bracket of the gate and allows unlocking the gate both from the inside and the outside of the property. To manually open the gate, operate as follows: - Uncover the lock sliding off the protective cap as shown in (22). - Insert the unlocking key in the lock (22) and turn it. - Pull the lever towards you and manually move the leaf. RESTORING NORMAL OPERATION To restore normal operation, act as follows: - Return the lever/s to its/their normal position, i.e. to the back of the bracket (23). - Insert the unlocking key in the lock and turn it. - Manually move the leaf until the lock couples on the locking bracket. - Close the protective lock sliding cap. Unlock the operator and check that there are no points of friction along the entire travel of the gate. Check that there is no dirt or deposits on the transmission levers. Periodically check proper adjustment of the electronic anti-crushing safety device and the efficiency of the unlocking device for manual operation (see the relevant paragraph). 25 25 F INTRODUCTION Le permet d'automatiser, de manire pratiquement invisible, les portails battants. L'automation comprend un oprateur enterr lectromcanique 24Vcc et 230Vca, mme de transmettre le mouvement des vantaux allant jusqu' 3,5m. CONSIGNES POUR L'INSTALLATION Avant d'effectuer la mise en place, il faut prvoir en amont de l'installation un interrupteur magntique et thermique ou diffrentiel ayant une capacit maximum de 10A. L'interrupteur doit assurer une sparation omnipolaire des contacts, avec une distance d'ouverture d'au moins 3mm. Tous les matriaux se trouvant dans l'emballage ne doivent pas tre laisss la porte des enfants, car ils peuvent tre dangereux. Le constructeur dcline toute responsabilit, quant au bon fonctionnement de l'automation, en cas d'utilisation de composants et d'accessoires n'tant pas de sa production et inappropris pour l'application prvue. Aprs la mise en place, il faut toujours contrler avec attention, le bon fonctionnement de l'installation et des dispositifs utiliss. Ce Manuel d'instructions s'adresse aux personnes autorises effectuer la mise en place d'appareils sous tension. Il faut donc avoir une bonne connaissance de la technique, exerce comme profession et conformment aux rglementations en vigueur. La maintenance doit tre effectue par un personnel qualifi. Utiliser exclusivement des pices d'origine pour toute maintenance ou rparation. N'effectuer aucune modification sur les composants de l'automation, si elle n'est pas expressment autorise par la socit. Utiliser des presse-toupes mme d'assurer une parfaite connexion mcanique du cblage et de maintenir le degr de protection IP. MISES EN GARDE POUR L'UTILISATEUR En cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnements, il faut couper l'alimentation en amont de l'appareil et appeler le service d'assistance technique. 27 27 F Contrles prliminaires : il faut contrler que la structure du portail est assez solide. Dans tous les cas, il faut contrler que le portail a le poids et les dimensions qui sont dans les limites d'utilisation de l'oprateur. Longueur maximale du vantail: 2,5 m - poids maximum : 600 kg 3,5 m - poids maximum : 400 kg (Une lectroserrure est conseille). Il faut contrler que le vantail s'actionne manuellement et sans efforts (points de plus grand frottement) sur toute la course du portail, tant en ouverture qu'en fermeture Longueur maximum des cbles 10 m. Il faut contrler que la zone, o sera fix le motorducteur, n'est pas risque d'inondations. Si le portail n'est pas neuf, il faut contrler l'tat d'usure de tous les composants, rparer ou remplacer les pices dfectueuses ou uses et, le cas chant, effectuer les ventuelles interventions ncessaires. S'assurer qu'il y a des fins de course de blocage mcanique. La fiabilit et la scurit de l'automation sont directement lies la condition de la structure du portail. MURATURA DELLA CASSETTA OPERATORE Voici la liste de quelques conditions types dans lesquelles on peut se trouver travailler avec les conseils correspondants pour chacune ( ): a) Portail encore raliser : - Il vaut mieux installer la charnire suprieure du vantail de type rglable. b) Portail avec les charnires rglables : - dposer la charnire infrieure - desserrer la charnire suprieure et tourner le vantail (6) - sceller la caisse - remonter le vantail c) Portail avec charnires fixes : - dposer le portail - liminer la charnire infrieure S'il est impossible de dposer le portail, insrer sous le bord infrieur du vantail une cale de soutien.

28 28 F CREUSEMENT POUR FONDATION - Creuser un trou de fondation ayant les dimensions indiques sur (7). NOTE: en fonction du type de sol, il est conseill de raliser un fond prvu pour la coule du ciment prise rapide. - Positionner le botier oprateur l'intrieur du trou en respectant les indications de (8) et en en contrlant la mise niveau. ATTENTION: s'assurer que le centre de l'axe de l'oprateur est parfaitement dans l'axe de la charnire du vantail du portail (2-3a). - Prvoir un tuyau en PVC ayant un diamtre d'au moins 35 mm pour le passage des cbles lectriques, afin d'arriver l'entre des cbles dans l'oprateur (9). Prvoir un tuyau pour le drainage de l'eau de pluie, raccord de prfrence un conduit de rcupration des eaux (9). - Sceller le caisson oprateur dans le trou de fondation. MONTAGE DU PORTAIL N.B. Contrler que le ciment dans le trou de fondation est suffisamment sec avant d'effectuer le montage. 1- Monter le groupe levier pivot du caisson (10) AJ AJ00730 (14). 2- Se procurer un profil en U ayant les dimensions indiques sur (11) et le fermer sur le ct du pilier l'aide d'une plaque, comme indiqu sur (12/a ) et (12/b). 3- Souder l'trier en U ou le portail sur le bras de support de l'oprateur (13). 4- Loger le portail dans l'trier guide et le fixer aux charnires par la partie suprieure. 5- S'assurer que le portail peut s'ouvrir et se fermer compltement manuellement en s'arrtant sur les blocages mcaniques de fin de course. Le mouvement du vantail doit tre libre et uniforme, sans frottements particuliers. MONTAGE DE L'OPERATEUR 1- Ouvrir et fermer le vantail du portail en dterminant, l'aide des fins de course mcaniques, prvus cet effet, A(14a) l'ouverture et la fermeture dsire. 2- Lorsque les fins de course sont rgls, amener le vantail dans la position de portail ouvert. 3- Fixer l'oprateur en en contrlant l'emplacement exact (14a - 14b). 4- Si l'on utilise des fins de course, voir le paragraphe suivant. 5- Monter la bielle (gauche ou droite) comme indiqu sur la figure (15). 6- Pendant cette phase, il est conseill de graisser l'arbre de sortie de l'oprateur et les goujons de fixation des leviers. 7- Mettre l'oprateur sous tension et amener le vantail dans la position de portail ferm. 8- Effectuer l'installation de l'ventuel deuxime oprateur en rptant ce qui est indiqu ci-dessus. 9- Fermer l'oprateur l'aide du couvercle et des vis fournies en quipement (16). 29 29 MONTAGE ET REGLAGE DU FINS DE COURSE 1- Monter les deux vis tte cylindrique e(18) directement sur le corps de l'oprateur. 2- Fixer la carte senseur c(18) l'aide des deux vis f(18) sur les deux vis e(18) en faisant attention faire passer le cble de sortie dans les cannelures prvues cet effet et se trouvant sur l'oprateur. 3- Fixer le disque du fin de course sur le levier de sortir l'aide des vis M3 x 6mm (20). 4- Fixer l'ensemble form par le disque et le levier sur l'arbre de sortie de l'oprateur l'aide de la goupille prvue cet effet (20). 5- Fixer la bielle de raccordement entre les leviers de sortie, l'aide des goujons et des seeger correspondant (15). 6- METTRE L'OPRATEUR SOUS TENSION 7- En prenant comme repre le senseur, assembler les deux fins de course b(19) sur le disque a(19) l'aide des vis et des crous c(19) et en fixer un dans la position de portail ouvert et l'autre dans la position de portail ferm, en effectuant un cycle complet. 8- Insrer les aimants d'activation du ralentissement et du fin de course en ouverture fermeture dans la position dsire. Il faut toujours se rfrer aux instructions de l'appareil de commande pour la gestion des fins de course. Sur les fins de course, il y plusieurs logements pour le positionnement des aimants ayant entre eux un cart de 5,correspondant sur un vantail de 2,5 m de longueur un arc de 250/300 mm de circonfrence. En cas d'utilisation de double aimants (activation au ralentissement et la fin du mouvement), il est conseill de toujours laisser au moins un logement vide entre deux aimants. 9- En cas d'absence de lecture du senseur, il faut en rgler la hauteur comme il se doit e(21), en desserrant les vis de fixation f(18) et agir en vissant ou dvissant les vis tte cylindrique e(18). A la fin, serrer les vis de fixation. NOTE SUR LE SENS DE MONTAGE DES AIMANTS Lors du montage des aimants d(20), il faut faire attention la polarit de ces derniers: sur chaque support il faut monter les aimants tourns dans le mme sens de polarisation. Pour contrler le montage exact, l'oprateur doit tre connect la centrale de commande. Actionner l'oprateur jusqu' ce que les aimants passent sur le senseur c(17); contrler que sur la centrale de commande les diodes s'teignent correctement, correspondant aux entres des fins de course d'ouverture et de fermeture et que l'oprateur s'arrte dans les positions de portail ouvert et portail ferm. Le cas chant, inverser les aimants si les phases ne sont pas celles dsires. L'lectroserrure est conseille pour les vantaux suprieurs 2,5 m, et pour les vantaux pleins ou panneaux creux. MISE EN FONCTION - Programmer la carte lectronique selon les exigences et d'aprs les instructions. - Mettre l'oprateur sous tentions et contrler la condition des LEDS, comme indiqu sur tableau se trouvant dans les instructions concernant l'lectronique intgre. ESSAI DE L'AUTOMATION Contrler minutieusement l'automation et tous les accessoires qui sont connects cette dernire. Fournir au client le mode d'emploi et illustrer le bon fonctionnement et utilisation de l'automation, prcautions, signalisations et dispositifs de scurit. ACTIONNEMENT MANUEL S'il faut actionner manuellement le portail, il faut agir sur le dispositif de dblocage manuel cl. N.B.: Les manuvres de dblocage doivent tre effectues uniquement en cas d'urgence et surtout avec l'alimentation DECONNECTEE. Le dispositif de dblocage manuel est situ sur l'trier de support du portail et permet de dbloquer le portail de l'intrieur comme de l'extrieur de la proprit. F

30 30 F Pour effectuer manuellement l'ouverture, il faut procder comme suit: - Dgager la serrare en faisant coulisser la protection comme sur (22). - introduire la cl de dblocage dans la serrure (22) et tourner la cl. - Tirer le levier vers soi et actionner manuellement le vantail. RETABLISSEMENT DU FONCTIONNEMENT NORMAL Pour rtablir le fonctionnement normal, il faut procder comme suit : - Replacer le levier ou les leviers sur les positions normales, c'est--dire l'abri de l'trier (23). - Introduire la cl de dblocage dans la serrure et tourner la cl. - Actionner manuellement le vantail jusqu' l'accrochage de la serrure sur l'trier de blocage. - Refermer le bouchon coulissant de protection de la serrure. Contrler le bon fonctionnement des dispositifs de scurit. Dbloquer l'oprateur et contrler l'absence de points de frottement sur toute la cours. Contrler qu'il n'y a pas de salet ou de dtritus sur les leviers de transmission. Contrler priodiquement le rglage exact de la scurit lectronique contre l'crasement et l'efficacit du systme de dblocage qui permet le fonctionnement manuel (voir le paragraphe correspondant). Les dispositifs de scurit installs sur l'installation doivent tre contrls tous les six mois. Gi.Bi.Di. Srl. se rserve le droit de modifier les caractristiques techniques, sans aucun pravis, en fonction de l'volution du produit. DYSFONCTIONNEMENT Pour tout dysfonctionnement irrsolu, il faut couper l'alimentation sur le systme et demander l'intervention d'un personnel qualifi (installateur). Pendant la priode de hors service, il faut activer le dblocage manuel pour permettre l'ouverture et la fermeture manuelle.

33 33 E PREMISA permite automatizar, de modo prcticamente invisible, las puertas para hojas batientes. La automatizacin est compuesta por un operador electromecnico soterrado, tanto de 24Vcc como de 230Vca, capaz de transmitir el movimiento a hojas de hasta 3,5m. ADVERTENCIA PARA LA INSTALACIN Antes de proceder con la instalacin, hay que preparar aguas arriba de la instalacin un interruptor trmico o diferencial con capacidad mxima de 10A. El interruptor debe garantizar la separacin omnipolar de los contactos con una distancia de apertura mnima de 3mm. Todo material presente en el embalaje debe mantenerse fuera del alcance de los nios, ya que constituye una posible fuente de peligro. El fabricante declina toda responsabilidad relativa al funcionamiento correcto de la automatizacin si no se utilizan los componentes y accesorios originales especficamente destinados a la aplicacin prevista. Al terminar la instalacin, compruebe siempre con atencin que el equipo y los dispositivos utilizados funcionen correctamente. Este manual de instrucciones est destinado a personas capacitadas para la instalacin de "equipos bajo tensin". Por lo tanto, se requiere un buen conocimiento tcnico, ejercido como profesin y respetando las normas vigentes. El mantenimiento debe ser realizado por personal capacitado. Antes de realizar cualquier operacin de limpieza o mantenimiento, desconecte el equipo de la red de alimentacin elctrica. Este producto ha sido diseado y construido exclusivamente para los usos indicados en este documento. Utilice sujetacables adecuados para garantizar la conexin mecnica correcta del cableado y capaces de mantener el grado de proteccin IP. ADVERTENCIAS PARA EL USUARIO En caso de averas o anomalas de funcionamiento, desconecte la alimentacin aguas arriba del equipo y llame al servicio de asistencia tcnica. Compruebe peridicamente que los dispositivos de seguridad funcionen correctamente. Cualquier reparacin debe ser realizada por personal especializado y usando materiales originales y certificados.
