11 Vegan Strawberry Cake Dairy, egg, wheat, gluten and sugar free cake, that is quick and easy to make! Ingredients 280g Home made sugar free, Strawberry Jam 100g Organic margarine 80g Fructose 150g Spelt flour or 150g Rice flour A hand full of fresh strawberries 2 Teaspoons baking powder Method Preheat oven to 175 o C Mix the margarine with the fructose until creamy. Add the strawberry jam. Then add all of the other ingredients. Mix well. Place in a baking tin and put in the oven. Bake for minutes. Topping - Ingredients and what you will need 1 Tea towel or cheese cloth Coffee grinder Rubber band or string 450g soya yoghurt 4 Tablespoons ground fructose, ground so it resembles icing sugar Approx 1-2 tablespoon strawberry jam Copyright 2007 Method Take the tea towel and spread it out on the flat surface by the sink (utility room would be best or a sink that you are not going to use over night). Open the yoghurt pot and pour or spoon it out on to the tea towel. Quickly gather the ends together and tie it tightly with string or a rubber band. Then hang it over the sink, over night and in the morning you have cream cheese. The next day grind the fructose in the coffee grinder, then in a bowl mix the ground fructose with the cream cheese. When you have mixed it, add a spoon of strawerry jam. Chill until needed. Use fresh strawberries on the top.
