In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina rivolgersi a personale qualificato per le necessarie operazioni di adeguamento. Non utilizzare adattatori, prese multiple e/o prolunghe. Qualora il loro uso si rendesse indispensabile utilizzare esclusivamente materiale conforme alle vigenti norme di sicurezza ed aventi requisiti di compatibilità con apparecchio e rete di distribuzione elettrica. Utilizzando l apparecchio per la prima volta, assicurarsi di aver tolto ogni etichetta o foglio di protezione. Se l apparecchio è dotato di prese d aria, assicurarsi che non vengano mai occluse nemmeno parzialmente. L uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta l osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali ed in particolare: Non immergere o bagnare l apparecchio; non usarlo vicino ad acqua, in vasca, nel lavello o in prossimità di altro recipiente con liquidi. Nel caso l apparecchio dovesse cadere accidentalmente in acqua NON cercare di recuperarlo ma innanzitutto togliere immediatamente la spina dalla presa di corrente. Successivamente portarlo in un centro assistenza qualificato per i necessari controlli. Durante l uso, l apparecchio deve essere lontano da qualsiasi oggetto o sostanza infiammabile od esplosiva. Non toccare l apparecchio con mani bagnate o umide. Non usare l apparecchio a piedi nudi. Non tirare l apparecchio o il cavo per staccare la spina dalla presa. Non lasciare l apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole). 3

4 Si raccomanda di tenere l apparecchio fuori dalla portata di bambini od incapaci e di non permetterne loro l utilizzo. Scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente quando l apparecchio non viene utilizzato e prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o manutenzione. Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere srotolato per tutta la sua lunghezza al fine di evitarne il surriscaldamento. Il cavo di alimentazione non deve essere avvicinato a fonti di calore e/o superfici taglienti. In caso di cavo di alimentazione danneggiato, provvedere alla sostituzione che deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato. In caso di guasto e/o cattivo funzionamento spegnere l apparecchio e rivolgersi a personale qualificato. Eventuali manomissioni o interventi effettuati da personale non qualificato fanno decadere i diritti di garanzia. Per pulire l apparecchio usare solo un panno morbido e non abrasivo. Quando l apparecchio, risulta inutilizzabile e si desidera eliminarlo, asportarne i cavi e smaltirlo presso un ente qualificato al fine di non contaminare l ambiente. Diffusore ISTRUZIONI D USO Assicurandosi di avere le mani completamente asciutte inserire la spina nella presa di alimentazione. Per accendere l apparecchio premere il pulsante accensione/spegnimento (A). All accensione si illumina anche il display LCD con i simboli di funzionamento indicanti le impostazioni base dell apparecchio. Ad ogni accensione l apparecchio inizia funzionando sempre alla minima velocità e minima temperatura. Tormalina (M) La griglia frontale (M) di uscita dell aria è ricoperta con Tormalina che al passaggio dell aria cede ad essa i suoi effetti benefici per i capelli, facilitando l effetto ionizzante, rendendoli brillanti, fluenti e rivitalizzati. Aria fredda (F) Per attivare o disattivare l emissione d aria fredda dopo aver acceso l apparecchio premere il pulsante (F). L attivazione del flusso d aria fredda viene segnalata sul display (N) con il simbolo (N3). ATTENZIONE: se è selezionata la funzione flusso aria fredda sia il tasto Temperatura (L) che il tasto Velocità (H) permettono di variare SOLO la velocità e NON la temperatura! L uso dell aria fredda è consigliato nel seguente modo: Modellare i capelli con una spazzola, iniziare utilizzando l aria calda arrotolando le ciocche e riscaldando i riccioli. 5

6 Quando la pettinatura é modellata, azionare la fase fredda per secondi per dare più corpo e resistenza alla piega. La pettinatura risulterà inoltre più efficace utilizzando il concentratore d aria (T). L aria fredda riduce sensibilmente la temperatura e raffredda rapidamente i capelli disponendoli per la fase successiva. Ionizzazione (G) Per attivare o disattivare l effetto ionizzante, dopo aver acceso l apparecchio, premere il pulsante (G). L attivazione dell effetto ionizzante viene segnalata sul display (N) con il simbolo (N2). Dispositivo ionizzatore All attivazione della funzione ionizzazione, il dispositivo emette un flusso di atomi che, modificati nella loro carica elettrica, risultano ioni negativi (l atomo guadagnando un elettrone diviene ione negativo viceversa se lo perde diviene ione positivo). Lo ione negativo se convenientemente utilizzato è elemento benefico per il nostro organismo; infatti il flusso d aria calda caricato di ioni negativi effettua una più naturale e rivitalizzante asciugatura dei capelli. Il flusso d aria ionizzata riduce dimensionalmente le gocce d acqua che, scomposte in particelle piccolissime, possono essere assorbite dal capello. Date le loro ridottissime dimensioni si posizionano nelle squame del capello che può assorbirle, rimodellare la struttura della cheratina e rendere la capigliatura morbida e docile da pettinare. La rimanente parte di micro goccioline, evaporando più velocemente, riduce il tempo necessario per l asciugatura con notevole risparmio energetico e minor stress per il capello. Il flusso di ioni negativi riesce anche a contrastare l elettricità statica e le sue noiose manifestazioni (capelli ribelli alla pettinatura) particolarmente su capelli sottili e crespi. Il flusso d aria carica di ioni negativi, elimina dalla superficie del capello sostanze dannose e polveri, restituendo brillantezza e morbidezza. I capelli cosi idratati e sottoposti a minor stress, riducono il crearsi di doppie punte, risultano lucenti e piacevolmente morbidi al tatto. Velocità (H) Per impostare (aumentare o diminuire) la velocità, dopo aver acceso l apparecchio, premere il pulsante (H) più volte fino al raggiungimento della stessa. Ad ogni pressione corrisponde un incremento e raggiunta la velocità massima il selettore riporta l apparecchio alla velocità minima. All accensione dell apparecchio sul display (N) appare il simbolo (N7) in rotazione proporzionale alla velocità impostata. La velocità viene aumentata automaticamente dall apparecchio se, impostata una velocità bassa, si richiede una temperatura più alta. Di conseguenza NON è possibile ottenre un flusso d aria lento ad alta o media temperatura. 6

7 Temperatura (L) Per impostare (aumentare o diminuire) la temperatura, premere il pulsante (L) più volte fino al raggiungimento della stessa. Ad ogni pressione corrisponde un incremento e raggiunta quella massima il selettore riporta l apparecchio alla temperatura minima. ATTENZIONE: se è selezionata la funzione flusso aria fredda è necessario escluderla (premendo (F) per poter attivare la funzione aria calda. L attivazione del flusso d aria calda è segnalato con l accensione sul display (N) dei simboli (N5). N5-3 temperatura alta N5-2 temperatura media N5-1 temperatura bassa Sul display (N) inoltre, viene riportata la temperatura dell aria in uscita, espressa in gradi centigradi (N6). Concentratore (T) Il concentratore d aria rimovibile indirizza in un punto preciso il flusso d aria. Il suo utilizzo é consigliato per asciugare o modellare zone localizzate in particolare con spazzola o bigodini. Per il montaggio, posizionarlo sull asciugacapelli e esercitare una leggera pressione per bloccarlo. Una trazione contraria permetterà di asportarlo. Diffusore (U) Il diffusore evita la concentrazione dell aria calda evitando bruciature del capello. Per il montaggio, posizionarlo sull asciugacapelli e esercitare una leggera pressione per bloccarlo. Una trazione contraria permetterà di asportarlo. PULIZIA Con la spina disinserita dalla presa di corrente, pulire l apparecchio con un panno morbido. NON immergere MAI l apparecchio in acqua o in altra sostanza liquida. NON utilizzare solventi, sostanze abrasive o detergenti. Periodicamente pulire il filtro di ingresso dell aria (O) posto sul retro dell apparecchio e la zona di aspirazione da lui protetta. Aprire il filtro esercitando una leggera rotazione in senso antiorario prima di asportarlo. Terminata la pulizia, rimontare il filtro. Terminata la pulizia, richiudere il filtro. NON far funzionare MAI l apparecchi con il filtro aperto! 7

This appliance is only for domestic use and must only to be used for the purpose it was specifically designed: to dry hair Any other use is considered improper and dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by improper, incorrect and negligent use. The installation must be carried out according to the manufacturer s instructions. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any damages to people, animals or objects caused by incorrect installation. The safety of the electrical equipment is only guaranteed if it is connected to an electrical installation equipped with a suitable earthing system in compliance with the current standards on electrical safety. Do not leave parts of packaging (plastic bags, foam polystyrene, nails, etc) within reach of children or incapacitated people since they are potential sources of danger. Before connecting the appliance, check that the technical data on the rating label corresponds to those of the main electricity network. In case of incompatibility between the outlet and the plug, contact a qualified electrician for the necessary adjustments. Do not use adaptors, multiple plugs and extension leads. However, if absolutely necessary only use materials that conform to the current safety standards and that are compatible with the appliance and the main electricity network. On using the appliance for the first time, remove any labels or protective sheets. If the appliance is equipped with air inlets, make sure they are never blocked not even partially. The use of any electrical appliance involves the observance of some fundamental rules. In particular: Do not immerge the appliance in water and do not wet; do not use it near water, in the tub, washbasin or near other recipients with liquids. Press the ON/OFF button (A) to turn the appliance on. When the hairdryer is turned on, the LCD display lights up with the operating symbols indicating the basic settings of the appliance. Each time the hairdryer is turned on, it always starts operating on the lowest speed and lowest temperature. Tourmaline (M) The front grill (M) for the air discharge is covered with Tourmaline, which transfers its beneficial effects to the air as it passes through. This facilitates the ionising process leaving the hair bright, silky and revitalised. Cold air (F) Press button (F) to activate or deactivate the cold air outflow after turning on the hairdryer. The activation of the cold air is indicated on the display (N) with the symbol (N3). ATTENTION: If the cold airflow function is selected, the Temperature key (L) and the Speed key (H) ONLY allow the speed to be changed and NOT the temperature! It is recommended to use cold air in the following way: * Style the hair with a brush, roll the hair sections and heat the curls with the hot air. * When the hairstyle is formed, turn on the cold air for seconds to give more body and resistance to the style. * Use the air concentrator (T) to make the hairstyle last even longer. 10

11 * The cold air significantly reduces the temperature of the air and quickly cools the hair preparing it for the next phase. Ionisation (G) Press key (G) to activate or deactivate the ionising effect. The activation of the ionising effect is indicated on the display (N) with the symbol (N2). Ionising device When turned on, the ionising device emits a flow of atoms, which, on modifying their electrical charge, become negative ions (the atom becomes a negative ion when it gains an electron, and vice-versa, it becomes a positive ion when it loses an electron). If used correctly, the negative ion is beneficial for our body; in fact, the hot airflow charged with negative ions dries the hair in a more natural and revitalising way. The ionised airflow reduces the size of the water drops by breaking them down into tiny particles, which can then be absorbed by the hair. Given their very small size, they position themselves in the hair squama which can absorb them, and reshape the structure of the keratin making the hair soft and silky to comb. The remaining part of the tiny drops, which evaporate more quickly, reduce the time necessary to dry the hair with significant energy saving and less stress for the hair. The flow of negative ions also contrasts with the static electricity and its annoying symptoms (unruly hair) especially on thin and frizzy hair. The airflow charged with negative ions eliminates damaging substances and dust from the hair surface, restoring shine and lustre. The hair hydrated in this way and subjected to less stress, reduces the creation of split ends making the hair shiny and soft. Speed (H) To set (increase or decrease) the speed, turn on the hairdryer and repeatedly press key (H) until the desired speed is reached. Each pressing corresponds to an increment in the speed and once the maximum speed has been reached, the selector returns to the minimum speed. When the hairdryer is turned on, the symbol (N7) appears on the display (N), rotating in proportion to the set speed. The hairdryer automatically increases the speed if, set at a low speed, a higher temperature is required. Therefore, a slow airflow speed CANNOT be obtained at a high or medium temperature. Temperature (L) To set (increase or decrease) the temperature, repeatedly press the temperature key (L) until the desired temperature is reached. Each pressing corresponds to an increment in the temperature and once the maximum temperature has been reached, the selector returns to the minimum temperature. ATTENTION: the hot air function cannot be activated if the cold airflow function is selected; press (F) to turn off the cold air function. The activation of hot airflow is indicated on the display (N) with the lighting up of the symbols (N5). N5-3 high temperature N5-2 medium temperature N5-1 low temperature The display (N) also shows the temperature of the air outflow expressed in centigrade (N6). 11

12 Concentrator (T) The removable air concentrator directs the airflow to a specific point. It is recommended for drying or styling specific areas especially with a brush or rollers. For assembling, position it on the hairdryer and press down lightly until it locks into place. Pull gently to remove. Diffuser (U) The diffuser prevents the concentration of hot air, thus preventing the hair from burning. For assembling, position it on the hairdryer and press down lightly until it locks into place. Pull gently to remove. CLEANING With the plug disconnected from the power outlet, clean the appliance with a soft cloth. NEVER immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. DO NOT use solvents, abrasive substances or detergents. Periodically clean the air inlet filter (O) located on the back of the appliance and the suction area it protects. Open the filter by gently turning it in a counter clockwise direction before removing. After cleaning, reassemble the filter. After cleaning, reclose the filter. NEVER operate the appliance with the air filter open! 12

Le câble d alimentation doit être déroulé sur toute sa longueur afin d en éviter la surchauffe. Le câble d alimentation ne doit pas être approché de sources de chaleur et/ou surfaces coupantes. En cas de panne et/ou de mauvais fonctionnement, éteindre l appareil et s adresser à du personnel qualifié. Les éventuelles manipulations ou interventions effectuées par du personnel non qualifié annulent les droits de garantie. Pour nettoyer l appareil n utiliser qu un chiffon humide et non abrasif. Quand l appareil est inutilisable et l on veut le jeter, enlever les câbles et le remettre à une structure qualifiée à cet effet afin de ne pas contaminer la nature. Les parties en verre éventuellement présentes dan le produit ne sont pas couvertes par la garantie. ATTENTION: Les endommagements du câbles d alimentation dérivant de l usure ne sont pas couverts par la garantie; l éventuelle réparation sera donc à la charge du propriétaire. Turmalin (M) Das vordere Gitter (M) am Luftaustritt ist mit Turmalin beschichtet, der beim Durchströmen der Luft an diese seine für die Haare wohltuende Wirkung abgibt, wobei der Iosiniereffekt begünstigt wird und die Haare glänzend, fliessend und revitalisiert werden. Kaltluft (F) Um die Abgabe von Kaltluft zu aktivieren oder zu entaktivieren, nachdem das Gerät eingeschaltet worden ist, die Taste (F) drücken. Durch die sehr geringen Abmessungen setzen sie sich an den Schuppen des Haares ab, das sie aufnehmen kann, die Hornstruktur wird neu geformt und die Haare werden weich und geschmeidig zum Kämmen gemacht. Der verbleibende Teil der Mikrotropfen verdampft schneller und verringert die zum Trocknen notwendige Zeit, unter erheblicher Einsparung von Energie und weniger Stress für das Haar. 22 Temperatur (L) Zum Einstellen (Erhöhen oder Verringern) der Temperatur, bis zum Erreichen derselben mehrmals die Taste (L) drücken. Jeder Druck entspricht einer Erhöhung, und ist die Höchsttemperatur erreicht, bringt der Schalter das Gerät wieder auf die niedrigste Temperatur zurück. ACHTUNG: wenn die Funktion Kaltluftstrom gewählt ist, muss diese durch Drücken der Taste (F) abgeschaltet werden, um die Funktion Heissluft aktivieren zu können. Die Aktivierung des Heissluftstroms wird angezeigt durch das Aufleuchten auf dem Display (N) der Symbole (N5). Den Filter durch eine leichte Drehung in Gegenuhrzeigerrichtung vor dem Herausnehmen öffnen. Nach dem Reinigen den Filter wieder einsetzen. Nach der Reinigung den Filter wieder schliessen. NIEMALS das Gerät bei offenem Filter in Betrieb nehmen! 22
