Η εγθαηάζηαζε αλακέλεηαη λα ζπκπιεξσζεί κέρξη ηηο 7 Μαΐνπ Η εγθαηάζηαζε, ν έιεγρνο θαη ε νξηζηηθή παξαιαβή ηνπ ζπζηήκαηνο πξέπεη λα ζπκπιεξσζνύλ κέρξη ηηο 10 Μαίνπ Η εθπαίδεπζε γηα ηε ρξήζε ηνπ ζπζηήκαηνο αλακέλεηαη λα ζπκπιεξσζεί γηα όινπο ηνπο αθηηλνγξάθνπο θαη ηαηξνύο ππξεληθήο ηαηξηθήο θαζώο θαη ηνπιάρηζηνλ δύν ηαηξνθπζηθνύο κέρξη ηηο 12 Μαίνπ 2011(Βι.Παξάξηεκα ΙΙ, όξνη εληνιήο,παξάγξαθνο 3,2. 3. Απάληεζε: Τν Παξάξηεκα ΙΙ Μέξνο Α, Παξάγξαθνο 6.22, ζει.14, πνπ αλαθέξεηαη ζηελ ρξεκαηννηθνλνκηθή επάξθεηα ησλ πξνζθνξνδνηώλ, ηξνπνπνηείηαη σο αθνινύζσο _ Γηα ηελ ρξεκαηννηθνλνκηθή ηνπο επάξθεηα, νη εηαηξείεο πξέπεη λα έρνπλ κέζν εηήζην θύθιν εξγαζηώλ, γηα ηα ηξία (3) ηειεπηαία δηαρεηξηζηηθά έηε, ηνπιάρηζηνλ ίζν κε 300, (ηξηαθόζηεο ρηιηάδεο επξώ) 5. 2 6. Ερώηηζη διεσκρίνηζης διαζηάζεων ηοσ δωμαηίοσ όποσ θα γίνει η αρτική εγκαηάζηαζη και ηοσ δωμαηίοσ όποσ θα γίνει επανεγκαηάζηαζη μεηά ηην κηιριακή επέκηαζη ηοσ σπογείοσ ηοσ ΟΚΤΚ. Απάληεζε: The Package Outline of Specifications, page. 2, point 20, the following has been added: Tenderers must come to the BOCOC and see the existing gamma camera room where the initial installation will be made, establish and suggest the best possible position for the system and the operator s console, and estimate the costs for any necessary building, electrical and air conditioning modifications, since such costs will be the responsibility of the successful Tenderer and will be included in the Tender price. An architect s drawing of the current and future rooms to be used for the SPECT_CT, is available for the Tenderer s consideration 7. Requested change in expected FWHM values without scatter in paragraph 18 of entypo 8: Απάνηηζη : The Expected Values, related to NEMA Standards, remain unchanged 11. Clarification requested for the wording of paragraph 21.3 of entypo 8 : Απάντηση : The content of paragraph 21.3 has been clarified as follows : Verify that the system offered has two γ - camera detectors/heads, and indicate the number of photomultiplier tubes in each one of them. 2

3 12. Clarification requested for the wording of paragraph of entypo 8: Απάνηηζη : The content of paragraph has been clarified as follows : Verify the software includes. Availability of specific non clinical CT scan protocols and γ-camera image acquisition protocols/workflows, for use during preventive maintenance and/or system testing, and list the most important ones here. 13. Capability to do both image acquisition and image processing at the operator s console Απάληεζε : This requirement is stated in the Package Outline of Specifications, ζει. 2 αξ. 3, αξ. 6 θαη αξ. 11, θαζώο θαη ζε άιιεο παξαγξάθνπο (e.g. paragraph 2, 25.10, outline specifications for the operator s console, etc). The system must allow the user to perform both acquisition and processing of images at the operator s console. The following wording has been added to the relevant paragraphs of entypo 8: If the operator s console cannot process images, then a second console next to the operator s console is required for image processing (separate from the physician s independent workstation). 14. Requested change in items offered for patient comfort in paragraph 26: Απάληεζε : The items needed and described in the initial tender document remain unchanged. If Tenderers suggest additional items or methods over and above (not instead of ) the ones asked for, and if they offer such additional items or methods at no extra cost, they are welcome to state so in their responses. 15. Suggested change in wording of paragraph 27: Απάληεζε : The wording in paragraph 27 of the initial Tender Document (entypo 8) remains unchanged. Any additional SPECT capabilities that the system offered has, e.g. tilt in different orientations, acquisition in different detector angles etc., should be reported in the response to the relevant paragraph 31.5 of entypo Eιζαγωγή ραδιενεργών πηγών (and QA phantoms), as described in paragraph 36.2 a) and b), and package outline specifications,point 9. Suggested change in wording of paragraphs 37.1, 37.15, and 44.5 of entypo 8 Απάληεζε : The wording of these paragraphs in the initial Tender Document (entypo 8), remains unchanged. 18. Inquiry on the minimum required Gantry aperture diameter: Απάληεζε : The wording of the system outline specifications (page 3), the CT gantry outline specifications, and paragraph 37.9 have been modified to read as follows : State the aperture diameter of the gantry. It must be at least 60 cm. However, 70 cm or larger is preferable, to accommodate imaging of large patients. Larger aperture diameter will be an advantage 19. Inquiry related to System DICOM Ready, paragraph 37.5 Απάληεζε : The wording of the paragraph 37.5 of entypo 8, is clarified as follows: a) State if the system offered is DICOM Ready, with true isotropic volume acquisition. b) State the high contrast resolution of the CT component of the system. 20. Dose to the patient from a Scoutview or Topogram or Scanogram: Απάληεζε : The following wording has been added to the end of paragraph 41.6: Indicate the dose to the patient from a CT Scoutview / Topogram/Scanogram 21. Suggested change in wording of paragraphs 42.3 and 45.4 Απάληεζε : The Wording of these paragraphs in initial Tender Document (entypo 8) remains unchanged. 22. Range of vertical motion of the bed, in outline specifications and paragraph 45.2 Απάληεζε : The wording in the outline specifications and paragraph 45.2 has been modified as follows: Specify the vertical motion of the bed. A height adjustment range from 570 mm ( lower preferred), to isocenter height, for easy loading / unloading of patients is needed. State the vertical range of the table offered. 23. Suggested change in wording of paragraph 45.7 of entypo 8, Απάληεζε : The Wording of paragraph 45.7 of entypo 8, is modified as follows: Indicate if positioning aids / lights are available for isocentric patient positioning : a) in horizontal position, b) in vertical position. c) Any other tools / methods in addition to the above (not instead of), aiding in patient positioning should be stated here. 4

5 24 Sagging of the table top as a result of loading with the table fully extended (paragraph 45.14)_Request for change of the weight value used: Απάληεζε : The wording is modified for better clarity. The Tenderers are asked to State if the sagging of the Tabler is less than 2 mm when we place 80 kg load at the gantry end of the table, with the table fully extended. 25. Suggested deletions of certain required capabilities of the system and/or change in wording of paragraphs 46.1 up to and including Απάληεζε : The Wording of paragraphs 46.1 to of the initial Tender Document (entypo 8), remains unchanged and no deletions are accepted. There is, however an additional sentence added ( paragraph , same as in paragraph 2 and 25.10), as follows : If the operator s console cannot process images, then a second console next to the operator s console is required for image processing (separate from the physician s independent workstation). 26. Capability of the computer of the operator control station to store uncompressed images and raw data (CT DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM Outline of Specifications and paragraph 46.10) : Απάληεζε : The wording in Outline of Specifications on CT DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM, is clarified as follows: Storage capacity for at least 200,000 uncompressed images, is desirable. Capability to also store raw data is a preferred advantage. Similarly, in paragraph 46.10, the wording is modified as follows: a) Storage of at least uncompressed CT images in 512 x 512 format is desirable. State if the system satisfies this requirement. b) State if the system can also store raw data in 512 x 512 format 27. Requested deletion of the requirement in low contrast detectability in the Outline soecifications for the section on CT IMAGE IMAGE RECONSTRUCTION, IMAGE QUALITY, AND DOSE PERFORMANCE) Απάληεζε : The suggestion to delete the requirement on low contrast detectability is not accepted. However, a small change was made and the current wording of paragraph 48.7 refers to : A low contrast detectability of 5 mm at 25HU with 10mm slice thickness, using a 20 cm diameter Phantom, at a dose of less than 5mGy surface dose, as desirable. The system to incorporate dose saving features. (see also wording contained in answer to comment number 7 above). 28. Suggested change in wording of paragraphs 48.6, 48.7 of entypo 8. Απάληεζε : The wording of these paragraphs in initial Tender Document (entypo 8) remains unchanged, except the minor modification mentioned in the previous comment, Note: If a system can give better resolution than requested, and this can be verified by experiment, the Tenderers are expected to indicate so, and the in the evaluation process, a higher score will be allocated for that item. 5

Suggested changes in wording, and deletion of stated requirements in paragraphs 48.8 up to Απάληεζε : The wording of these paragraphs in the initial Tender Document (entypo 8) remains unchanged and no deletion of any words is accepted 30. Suggested changes in wording, and/or deletion of stated requirements in the outline specifications of the independent multimodality workstation for remote image processing and reporting, and in the text of paragraphs 49.1 up to Απάληεζε : Wording of these outline specifications and paragraphs in the initial Tender Document (entypo 8) remains unchanged and no deletion of any words is accepted. Also, the definition of a multimodality independent workstation implies that the trained physician must be able to also retrieve and view digital images from other modalities on such station. 31. Suggested changes in wording, and/or deletion of stated requirements in the outline specifications of the clinical software section and the outline specifications of the section on connectivity / upgradeability specifications, as well as modifications in the text of paragraphs 51.1 up to Απάληεζε : Wording of these outline specifications and paragraphs in the initial Tender Document (entypo 8) remains unchanged and no deletion of any words is accepted. 32. Upgradeability in hardware and software such as acquisition speed, storage capacity, and other future clinical packages and techniques (paragraph 51.3) Απάληεζε : The wording has been modified so that the following are clarified : a) the system offered can maintain it s pre-eminence over a 7-10 year time frame. State if the system satisfies this request b) the system offered can be upgraded for use of the CT component as stand-alone CT. State if the system could satisfy this request. c) If the above are not included in the tender price but are only available as options, please quote the cost in entypo 11A. 33. Quality Assurance Phantoms. Δηζήγεζε γηα πηζαλή αιιαγή ηνπο Απάληεζε: Σηηο Παξαγξάθνπο 53.1 & 53.2, ζει. 33 ησλ Πξνδηαγξαθώλ θαζνξίδoληαη ηα κνληέια Gammex RMI Phantom 461A θαη Gammex Phantom Model 467 αληίζηνηρα, ηα νπνία ρξεζηκνπνηνύληαη επξέσο γηα ηνλ αλαθεξόκελν ζθνπό. Γηα λα γίλνπλ δεθηά άιια κνληέια από άιιν θαηαζθεπαζηή, ν επηηπρώλ πξνζθνξνδόηεο πξέπεη λα απνδείμεη όηη είλαη ηζάμηα πξώηα, θαη αλ απηά εγθξηζνύλ από ην Ιαηξνθπζηθό ηκήκα ηνπ Ογθνινγηθνύ Κέληξνπ, ηόηε λα παξαγγειζνύλ θαη λα παξαιεθζνύλ εγθαίξσο ώζηε λα παξαδνζνύλ καδί κε ην SPECT CT System, θαη λα ρξεζηκνπνηεζνύλ γηα ηνλ έιεγρν απνδνρήο ηνπ ζπζηήκαηνο.
