Dopo aver tolto l imballo assicurarsi dell integrità dell apparecchio, in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale qualificato. I materiali d imballaggio (cartone, sacchetti di plastica, graffe, polistirolo ecc.) devono essere smaltiti negli appositi contenitori e non devono essere dispersi nell ambiente soprattutto non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini. La posa in opera, i collegamenti elettrici e le regolazioni devono essere effettuati a Regola d arte, assicurarsi che i dati di targa siano rispondenti a quelli della rete elettrica e accertare che la sezione dei cavi di collegamento sia idonea ai carichi applicati, in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale qualificato. Non installare il prodotto in ambienti a pericolo di esplosione o disturbati da campi elettromagnetici. La presenza di gas o fumi infiammabili costituisce un grave pericolo per la sicurezza. Prevedere sulla rete di alimentazione una protezione per extratensioni, un interruttore/ sezionatore e/o differenziale adeguati al prodotto e in conformità alle normative vigenti. Indicare chiaramente sul cancello, porta, serranda o barriera che sono comandati a distanza mediante apposito cartello. La ELVOX s.p.a. non può essere considerata responsabile per eventuali danni causati qualora vengano installati dei dispositivi e/o componenti incompa- tibili ai fini dell integrità del prodotto, della sicurezza e del funzionamento. L apparecchio dovrà essere destinato al solo uso per il quale è stato concepito, ogni altra applicazione è da considerarsi impropria e quindi pericolosa. Prima d effettuare una qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di manutenzione, disinserire l apparecchio dalla rete, staccando la spina, o spegnendo l interruttore dell impianto. Per la riparazione o sostituzione delle parti danneggiate, dovranno essere utilizzati esclusivamente ricambi originali. L installatore deve fornire tutte le informazioni relative al funzionamento, alla manutenzione e dell utilizzo delle singole parti componenti e del sistema nella sua globalità. 1. Caratteristiche di prodotto: Centrale per il comando di motoriduttori scorrevoli a 230 Vac con potenza massima di 800 W, dotata di finecorsa magnetici integrati a bordo scheda, encoder (usato per la rilevazione ostacolo) ricevitore integrato a 433 Mhz. La centrale è dotata di: - sistema di riconoscimento ostacolo - led per la diagnostica ingressi - ricevitore integrato con capacità di 60 radiocomandi (a codifica fissa o a rolling-code) 2. La fotocellula interna (morsetto 19, DIP6 = OFF) arresta il cancello all impegno, al disimpegno prosegue l apertura se in fase di apertura, comanda una riapertura al disimpegno se in fase di chiusura. La costa di sicurezza (morsetto 19, DIP6 = ) arresta il cancello e richiude di ca 10 cm in apertura, comanda una riapertura totale in chiusura. 4 IT

Funzione del Trimmer Trimmer Funzione Regolazione della forza motore: Ruotando in senso orario si aumenta la forza (la sensibilità ostacolo diminuisce) POWER Ruotando in senso anti-orario si riduce la forza (la sensibilità ostacolo aumenta) In caso di rilevamento ostacolo: In chiusura: - ai primi 4 interventi senza completare una manovra: riapre completamente. - al 5 intervento senza completare una manovra: disimpegna (arresto e inversione per 1 sec.) e si pone in stato di arresto (non richiude automaticamente) In apertura: - disimpegna (arresto e inversione per 1 sec.) 8. Programmazione della corsa: N.B.: non modificare il cablaggio dei motore elettrico, la centrale è configurata di default per aprire il cancello verso destra, per invertire la direzione di apertura seguire la procedura descritta sotto in tabella Pressione tasto Messaggio lampeggiante Effetto PROG (P1) Acceso Portare il cancello a circa 1 metro dalla completa chiusura, premere e mantenere premuto il pulsante PROG (P1) sino all accensione del lampeggiante, rilasciare il pulsante PROG (P1). La centrale si pone in modalità di programmazione della corsa per 2 min. Terminati i 2 min. senza azioni da parte dell installatore, la centrale esce dalla modalità di programmazione della corsa. P/P Acceso Premere e rilasciare il pulsante P/P, il cancello deve chiudere a velocità ridotta. Se invece apre, non cambiare il cablaggio del motore elettrico, ma premere il pulsante PROG (P1), per invertire la direzione. Il lampeggiante resta attivo - Acceso Appena arrivato sul finecorsa di CHIUSURA, l automazione inizia ad aprire a velocità rallentata fino al intervento del finecorsa di APERTURA e il lampeggiante resta attivo P/P Acceso Da quando il cancello si ferma per l intervento del finecorsa di apertura, la centrale memorizza la corsa totale del cancello e inizia il conteggio del tempo di richiusura automatica (tempo massimo 250 secondi), una volta trascorso il tempo desiderato, premere il pulsante P/P; l automazione inizierà a chiudere a velocità normale - Spento ll cancello rallenta per poi fermarsi con l intervento del finecorsa di chiusura, uscendo dalla programmazione e il lampeggiante si spegne. Nota: La prima chiusura e la prima apertura vengono eseguite a velocità di rallentamento, qualsiasi cambiamento dei dip-switch o del trimmer POWER devono essere fatti a cancello fermo. IT 5

Programmazione dei radiocomandi Attenzione: i radiocomandi sono memorizzabili e cancellabili solo a cancello fermo Memorizzazione di un tasto del radiocomando come passo-passo - Premere e tenere premuto MEMO RX (P2). - Continuando a premere MEMO RX (P2) premere il tasto del radiocomando da memorizzare entro 4 s. - Il LED RX si accende per 1 sec. a conferma dell avvenuta memorizzazione. - Procedura terminata. Per memorizzare altri radiocomandi ripetere la procedura Memorizzazione di un tasto del radiocomando come pedonale - Premere e tenere premuto MEMO RX (P2). - Continuando a premere MEMO RX (P2), premere e tenere premuto PROG (P1). - Il LED RX si accende fisso. - Continuando a premere MEMO RX (P2) e PROG (P1) premere il tasto del radiocomando da memorizzare entro 4 s. - Procedura terminata. Per memorizzare altri radiocomandi ripetere la procedura Cancellazione di un singolo tasto di un radiocomando - Premere e tenere premuto MEMO RX (P2). - Passati 5 sec., il LED RX si accende fisso con luce rossa. - Mantenendo premuto MEMO RX (P2), premere il tasto del radiocomando da cancellare. - Il LED RX lampeggia 3 volte a conferma dell avvenuta cancellazione 10.4 Cancellazione totale della memoria della ricevente - Premere e tenere premuto MEMO RX (P2). - Passati 5 sec., il LED RX si accende fisso con luce rossa, continuare a mantenere premuto MEMO RX (P2). - Passati 15 sec., il LED RX inizia a lampeggiare. - Rilasciare MEMO RX (P2) e attendere lo spegnimento del LED RX - I 10 lampeggi del LED RX confermano l avvenuta cancellazione della memoria della ricevente Nota: la scelta del funzionamento della ricevente in modalità Rolling Code o codifica fissa può essere effettuata solo a ricevente vuota: - se il primo radiocomando memorizzato è un radiocomando Rolling Code, la ricevente funzionerà solamente con radiocomandi Rolling Code - se il primo radiocomando memorizzato è un radiocomando a codifica fissa, la ricevente funzionerà solamente con radiocomandi a codifica fissa - per cambiare la modalità di funzionamento della ricevente da Rolling Code a codifica fissa e viceversa, effettuare prima una cancellazione totale della memoria della ricevente 11. Segnalazioni LED RX Il LED RX è utilizzato per alcune segnalazioni all installatore riguardo lo stato di funzionamento della centrale. Read it carefully as it provides important guidelines regarding installation, use and maintenance. Always store this module carefully and transfer it to any subsequent users of the system. Incorrect installation or improper use of the product may constitute a serious hazard. IMPORTANT - SAFETY INFORMATI Installation must be performed by professionally qualified personnel in observance of current national and European legislation. After removing the packaging check the condition of the device. If in doubt, consult a qualified technician. Packaging materials (cardboard, plastic bags, staples, polystyrene, etc.) must be disposed of in suitable containers and must not be dispersed into the environment. Above all they must be kept out of the reach of children. The installation, electrical connections and settings must be executed in accordance with sound engineering practice. Make certain that the data on the data plate conform with the mains electrical supply data and make certain that the section of the connection cables is suitable for the loads applied. Do not install the product in environments where there is a risk of explosion or which are disturbed by electromagnetic fields. The presence of flammable gases or fumes constitutes a serious hazard. Equip the mains supply with an overvoltage protection device, a switch/disconnector and/or an RCD suited for the product and in conformity with the standards in force. Clearly indicate with an appropriate sign on the gate, rolling door, window or barrier that they are remotely operated. The internal photocell (terminal 19, DIP6 = OFF) stops the gate upon engagement, on disengagement it continues opening if in the opening phase, and it commands reopening on disengagement if in the closing phase. The flashing light stays on - On As soon as it reaches the CLOSING limit switch, the automation system starts opening at reduced speed until the OPENING limit switch trips and the flashing light stays on P/P On From the moment the gate stops due to the opening limit switch tripping, the control panel saves the total travel of the gate and starts counting the automatic closing time (maximum time 250 seconds), once the required time has elapsed, press button P/P; the automation system will start to close at normal speed - Off The gate slows down and then stops when the closing limit switch trips, exiting programming and the flashing light switches off. Note: The first closing and first opening are performed at slowdown speed, any change in the DIP-switches or POWER trimmer must be made when the gate is stationary. 10 EN

Remote control programming Caution: The remote controls can only be saved and deleted when the gate is stationary Saving a button on the remote control as step-step - Press and hold down MEMO RX (P2). - Holding down MEMO RX (P2), press the button of the remote control to save within 4 s. - The RX LED will come on for 1 sec. to confirm saving. - End of procedure. To save other remote controls, repeat the procedure Saving a button on the remote control as pedestrian - Press and hold down MEMO RX (P2). - Holding down MEMO RX (P2), press and hold PROG (P1). - The RX LED will light up steady. - Holding down MEMO RX (P2) and PROG (P1), press the button of the remote control to save within 4 s. - End of procedure. To save other remote controls, repeat the procedure Deleting a single button on the remote control - Press and hold down MEMO RX (P2). - After 5 sec., the RX LED turns solid red. - Holding down MEMO RX (P2), press the remote control button to delete. - The RX LED will blink 3 times to confirm successful deletion 10.4 Total deletion of the receiver memory - Press and hold down MEMO RX (P2). - After 5 sec., the RX LED turns solid red, keep on holding down MEMO RX (P2). - After 15 sec., the RX LED starts blinking. - Release MEMO RX (P2) and wait until the RX LED goes out - The 10 blinks of the RX LED confirm deletion of the receiver memory Note: the choice of receiver operation in Rolling Code or fixed code mode can only be done when the receiver is empty: - if the first saved remote control is a Rolling Code remote control, the receiver will only work with Rolling Code remote controls - if the first saved remote control is a fixed code remote control, the receiver will only work with fixed code remote controls - to change the operating mode of the receiver from Rolling Code to fixed code and vice versa, first delete all the receiver memory 11. Le clignotant reste actif. - Accès Dès qu'il arrive au fin de course de FERMETURE, l'automatisme commence à ouvrir le portail au ralenti jusqu'à l'intervention du fin de course d'ouverture ; le clignotant reste actif. P/P Accès Quand le portail s'arrête après l'intervention du fin de course d'ouverture, la centrale enregistre la course complète du portail et commence à compter le temps pour la fermeture automatique, maximum 250 secondes ; à la fin du temps souhaité, appuyer sur le bouton P/P ; l automatisme ferme le portail à la vitesse du normale. - Éteinte Le portail ralentit puis s'arrête après l'intervention du fin de course de fermeture ce qui entraîne la sortie de la programmation ; le clignotant s'éteint. Remarque : la première fermeture et la première ouverture sont exécutées au ralenti ; le changement des dip switchs ou du variateur POWER doit être réalisé avec le portail à l arrêt. FR 15

Programmation des radiocommandes Attention : les radiocommandes peuvent être enregistrées et effacées uniquement quand le portail est à l'arrêt Enregistrement d'une touche de radiocommande comme pas à pas - Appuyer sur MEMO RX (P2) et maintenir la pression. - Tout en maintenant la pression sur MEMO RX (P2), appuyer sur la touche de la radiocommande à enregistrer dans les 4 secondes. - La LED RX s'allume pendant 1 seconde pour confirmer l'enregistrement. - Procédure terminée. Pour enregistrer d'autres radiocommandes, répéter la procédure Enregistrement d'une touche de radiocommande comme piétons - Appuyer sur MEMO RX (P2) et maintenir la pression. - Tout en maintenant la pression sur MEMO RX (P2), appuyer sur PROG (P1) et maintenir la pression. - La LED RX s'allume fixe. - Tout en maintenant la pression sur MEMO RX (P2) et PROG (P1), appuyer sur la touche de radiocommande à enregistrer dans les 4 secondes. - Procédure terminée. Pour enregistrer d'autres radiocommandes, répéter la procédure Suppression d'un bouton simple de radiocommande - Appuyer sur MEMO RX (P2) et maintenir la pression. - Après 5 secondes, la LED RX s'allume fixe et rouge. - Tout en maintenant la pression sur MEMO RX (P2), appuyer sur la touche de la radiocommande à effacer. - La LED RX clignote 3 fois pour confirmer l'effacement Effacement total de la mémoire du récepteur - Appuyer sur MEMO RX (P2) et maintenir la pression. - Après 5 secondes, la LED RX s'allume fixe et rouge, maintenir la pression sur MEMO RX (P2). - Au bout de 15 secondes, la LED RX commence à clignoter. - Relâcher MEMO RX (P2) et attendre l'extinction de la LED RX - Les 10 clignotements de la LED RX confirment l'effacement de la mémoire du récepteur Remarque : le choix du fonctionnement du récepteur en mode code tournant ou code fixe n'est possible que quand le récepteur est vide : - si la première radiocommande enregistrée et une radiocommande à code tournant, le récepteur fonctionne uniquement avec des radiocommandes à code tournant - si la première radiocommande enregistrée est une radiocommande à code fixe, le récepteur fonctionne uniquement avec des radiocommandes à code fixe - pour modifier le mode de fonctionnement du récepteur de code tournant à code fixe, effacer complètement la mémoire du récepteur 11. Signalisations LED RX La LED RX sert à envoyer à l'installateur des signaux sur le fonctionnement de la centrale.
