Mitotane survival impact in stage III-IV ACC patients is still questionned and may depend on mitotane plasma levels : a retrospective analysis of 91 patients from 5 european centers ( ENSAT ) Hermsen I et al. for ENSAT : ECE 2010 The prognostic influence of plasma mitotane > 14 mg/l has been reported in two studies (Haak et al. 1994; Wangberg, et al. 2010) but not in all (Abraham et al. 2002).
