Θεραπεία συµπτωµατικής ΑΥΜΚ Φαρµακευτική Παρεµβατική Κολποκοιλιακή βηµατοδότηση Χειρουργική µυεκτοµή Κατάλυση διαφραγµατικού κλάδου µε αλκοόλη
Ενδείξεις παρεµβατικής θεραπείας κλίση πίεσης >50 mmhg σε ηρεµία ή µετά από πρόκληση αδυναµία ελέγχου συµπτωµάτων µε β-αναστολέα και δισοπυραµίδη Συµπτώµατα δύσπνοια (κλάση ΙΙΙ/ΙV) µη ελεγχόµενη στηθάγχη συγκοπή κατά την κόπωση
Εµφύτευση κολποκοιλιακού βηµατοδότη ηλικιωµένοι ασθενείς µε εντοπισµένη ήπια υπερτροφία του µεσοκοιλιακού διαφράγµατος ένδειξη για εµφύτευση βηµατοδότη (υψηλού βαθµού κολποκοιλιακός αποκλεισµός, νόσος φλεβοκόµβου) αν ο ασθενής δεν µπορεί λόγω συνυπαρχουσών παθήσεων να υποβληθεί σε µυεκτοµή ή κατάλυση µε αλκοόλη ασθενείς µε απόφραξη στους οποίους πρόκειται να εµφυτευθεί απινιδωτής
Χειρουργική µυεκτοµή Θνητότης:<1% Ελάττωση κλίσης πίεσης >85% (5 mmhg) Επιπλοκές Πλήρης κολποκοιλιακός αποκλεισµός: 2% LBBB: 50% Μεσοκοιλιακή επικοινωνία:1%
