T he resu lts show ed that L actobacillus increased average daily feed in take (P < 0. 05), average daily gain and decreased the feed gain ratio (P < 0. 01). L actobacillus increased apparen tly the digestib ility of ether ex tract (P < 0. 05) and the activities of am ylase and lipase in pancreatic gland and duodenum chym e (P < 0. 01) mo st sign ifican tly. T he com b ination of L actobacillus and flavom ycin decreased the perfo rm ance of p iglets and the activities of analyse and lipase in pancreatic p land and doudenum chym e (P < 0. 01) comparing w ith the single u se of L actobacillus. It w as in serted in to the h igh2exp ression vecto r pet 32a, and exp ression of th is p lasm id in E scherich ia coli BL 21 (D E3) resu lted in the p roduction of a fu sion p ro tein. T he recom b inan t fragm en t2c2th io redox in p ro tein s w ere purified sign ifican tly in one step by affin ity ch rom atography, and then u sed to imm un ize m ice and test the an tibody titerṡ T he resu lt of SD S2PA GE show ed that a specific recom b inan t p ro tein w as exp ressed, accoun ting fo r % of the so lub le p ro tein. W estern b lo t analysis indicated that th is p roduct had certain an tigen icity, and the final purity w as %. 14 days after the th ird imm un ization the an ti2 tetanu s an tibody titers of the m ice of the group rt TC w ere detected. T he recom b inan t p ro tein is an imm unogen icity an tigen of tetanu s tox in and thu s con structs a basis fo r the developm en t of vaccine in the fu tu re.
